We do this for Football, Basketball, and Softball, and I thought it would be nice if we started doing this for all the other sports as well. With the exception of Golf, I believe all of the fall sports have their rosters solidified. Soccer may still be looking to add one but for the most part, I think they're done. Volleyball I know is done and unless something changes over Summer, I don't believe Cross Country really ever takes transfers. Down below we'll keep track of every sport besides the above mentioned three:

Soccer
Incoming: Shiana Samarasinghe (UC San Diego), Grace Olson (St. Cloud St), Alexis Rabold (Middle Tennessee) Avery Heeb (USC Upstate) Megan Sofield (Grand Canyon) Ellen Hampton (Arkansas St)
Outgoing: Basically everyone (might just be easier to name the ones coming back)
Notes: 26 roster nearly complete

Volleyball
Incoming: Elle McCandless
Outgoing: Emma Williams (Syracuse),
Notes: 2026 roster finalized.

Golf
Incoming: None
Outgoing: None
Notes: None at this time. Roster needs a serious overhaul.

Men's Tennis
Incoming: None
Outgoing: None
Notes: Minimal spots available aftre freshmen class

Women's Tennis
Incoming: None
Outgoing: Kelsey Phillips (Gonzaga), Kaylyn Kielty (UC Riverside)
Notes: roster obviously getting gutted following their disastrous season.

Track & Field/Cross Country
Incoming: Kate Carter (Utah Valley)
Outgoing: None
Notes: It's really hard to keep track of any outgoing transfers with the sheer size of a Track & Field roster. Incoming transfers are much easier to track as they'll eventually be announced by the program. Fraley has dabbled in the portal in the past but he doesn't use it a ton. I believe last year he only brought in about 2 transfers.

Men’s Tennis adds a transfer from Southland Conference champions New Orleans and another freshman. Looks like a good middle lineup guy and was a part of a championship team that went to the NCAA Tournament. Wasn’t really expecting any portal additions for Mens Tennis so it kinda makes me wonder if someone left. They haven’t updated the roster yet so it’s hard to tell. I’ll do some research. Trackers been updated!

Griz Golf finalizes their roster ahead of the start of the fall season with Utah Tech transfer Salina Lui. Looks like she’s still pretty raw but a swing speed of 110mph is very impressive. Not sure if she’ll crack into the Top 5 which are the countable scores for the team, but she looks like a solid depth piece and developmental player. Golf starts their season on September 15 in Bozeman. Here’s who I expect to be the top 5 golfers going into the season:

1. Raina Ports
2. Hannah Ports
3. Hope Torres
4. Kate Bogenschutz
5. Bella Johnson

I think this has the potential to be an under the radar team to watch in the athletic department this year. Gonna be a fascinating race for the Big Sky title!

Women's Tennis announced three new additions to the roster which includes one transfer from D2 Texas Permian Basin in Paige Bott who is a two time all conference player and looks to be a nice addition for Steve Ascher's young team that really struggled last year. The 25-26 roster is now finalized and Women's Tennis will begin their individual season this weekend! Tracker has been updated.
 
The portal is off and running for Griz Soccer. It had been known for a while that Bayliss Flynn was transferring with the announcement of Dvorak returning, but now we have two additional entries for Griz Soccer: Abby Smith and Taija Anderson. I'm actually pretty surprised by Anderson. Thought she'd stick around for her final year. Citowicki might have to use the portal a little bit this offseason. The tracker has been updated.

I think UM beat them 3-0 last year (2024) and the season before that they tied 0-0 at their place but UM outplayed them and were kind of disappointed in the draw result. They've lost to a couple of Big Sky teams recently.

It might have more to do with being closer to home (or getting more playing time).

Kendel Johnson has signed with Portland State.
 
Will be hard to compete with Oregon State going forward, they just announced a new sports complex to begin construction in 2026 and finished by 2027 season, new soccer, softball and track facilities.
 
That might be the most underwhelming use of $25M I've ever seen. Gets them 15,000-sf of mostly offices - for $1,666 per square foot, nonetheless. Certainly nothing to write home about. But why do we - a Big Sky school - suddenly care about "competing" with Oregon State, a former power 4 schoo? I mean I get that they have fallen bigly from their Pac12 glory days and we’ve had a better soccer team the last several years – they won 2 games last year and we killed them 3-0 two years ago. They are not good. But they have us beat on spending. Their athletic budget is something like $100M per year compared to Griz at something around $25M per year – for the full athletic department. They (and WSU) also have in the range of $100M in athletic debt as they made investments thinking the old Pac12 money train was forever and now they both have huge holes to dig out of as they have moved from Power4 to the renamed Mountain West where the tv contracts will be peanuts compared to the former Pac12 where they had USC, UCLA, etc. Regardless and despite all the hate, I feel our facilities hold up pretty dang well to Oregon state- field is better setting, game day environment in general is way better. We get twice as many people to our games. We were ranked 47th in attendance vs their 121st. We have a great weight room, solid training and recovery facilities, and a solid indoor field to train during the winter months. But tell me again how we can't compete.

Recruits don't care athletic debt they want nice facilities, looking at it through the eyes of of 17 year old or someone looking to transfer. There have been many accusations on this board from parents and players that left about the soccer locker room needing to be condemned and unsafe, is this true, who knows, if you don't think is being used against UM think again. So while in the past UM was able to pull recruits away from OSU, can they still do it, time will tell. OSU is using the renderings of the new facilities to land some very good players/transfers so it matters.
