Hmmm, well we thrashed them last year after they beat you. So I guess a role reversal is possible in that they could beat us after you thrashed them, but... Nah, I don't see it happening. We are too talented. Bunch of playmakers on O and our D is looking solid.

Ok so you didn't give me one legit reason why you should beat them, all you said is that you have a bunch of playmakers on offense, which by the looks of your 2 whole touchdowns your offense scored against Mesa High..your wrong. You lost your biggest playmaker hands down when you lost DM. Both you and BigSky33 failed to give me any explanation on how you will beat the Wioux besides saying "uhhh were good and have players, and we beat them last year". You are awarded NO POINTS, WE ARE ALL DUMBER FOR HAVING READ YOUR POST, and may god have mercy on your sole!

Hmmm... so my posts are dumb? Have you looked at some of the other posts in this thread? DM is "out for good"? One of the dumbest posts I've seen in awhile considering both DM himself and Ash have stated that "Without a doubt, DM will be back on this field in a few weeks, 100%". Or, we haven't beaten a good team (Psssst.... how about National Champions EWU). Or Bleskin moving from WR to QB is gonna hurt us. This site has to be the biggest cesspool of misinformation that exists.

But to counter your question... what the hell kind of a "legit" reason are you looking for to convince you that we'll beat UND? We did destroy them last year and it would appear we'll be better this year and they'll be worse. Of course that depends on the play of JB since DM won't be back yet, but I believe he started very well and will get better each game. Plus I believe out talent them enough that we would win the game even with sub par QB play if it happens. Our D is playing rock solid and could be (egriz term - SCARY GOOD) when we get all our players back to 100%. We have Ash. We have Cramsey. We have a great O line. We have Kirk, Johnson, T Bleskin, Ellis, Flot, Brekke, Salanoa, Roderick... I could continue but it doesn't matter what I say, you think we're going to get beat by UND, and I think we're going to win... AFTER we go to SFA and beat them Saturday night.

No all your posts are not dumb, but this one has no weight to it. I don't know how you can say how good your D is when you haven't played anyone. On offense you lost your best player and Kirk wont be able to pound the ball 30 times a game because your O line is mediocre. Therefore I believe you will struggle with UND, they really aren't as bad as the Griz made them look, and I think if they run an uptempo offense like what they did against the Griz at the end of the 1st half you will struggle. You Cats fans are delusional about the talent you have on the field right now. Yes you lost a ton to injury, but it happened and the team is in no way as talented as they were before the season started.

We'll just see what happens. I think we have a team that is good enough to tie or win the Big Sky title outright. Lots and lots of games to play out.

That's delusional.

Well actually since your stacking your schedule full of D II games by buying out games with say NDSU you might get a break. They are not counting cupcakes are real meat apparently when deciding who gets into the watered down playoff system.

With out DM I don't see any way the Cats offense will exploit UNDs defense. Your receivers are slow and your O-line isn't going to be running over anyone, not even Mesa Prep School. Please tell me what your going to do against UND BigSky33? Unless your defensive ends have a career day against UND, Im taking the Wioux in that game!!!

The left one or the right one? ;)

Damnit
Haha as soon as I posted this I noticed that error, and hoped nobody would call me out on it haha.

Cats average 2.4 YPC vs MESA due to "stifling schematics"

Stifling Schematics...that's an awsome excuse

Blah blah... Why don't you guys step up and play an FBS team once in awhile?

@poorgriz, We did step up and played an SEC team last year, the Volunteers from the University of Tennessee. Since many consider the SEC to be the premier and toughest FBS conference, when is the last time the cats played an SEC team?

Arguing about who played who in a body bag game is dumb. Both programs can beat lower level FBS teams (we have WYO next year). Let's play high level FCS teams like APP or SFA or McNeese OOC rather than patsies like mesa or directional state. Paying the full price ticket price for directional OK state insults the fan base.

I'm not a move up advocate until the big boys decide the fate of the NCAA tier 1 in football, it's likely the big 5 will ban games vs FCS(negating our up coming UW match up).

Play the best in our classification.

My tickets were $50 for App State and $27 for OPSU.

I suspect we will see UND play the cats like their last series before the half against the Griz. It that's the case then the cats are in for a long night. To date the cats have not played against a credible opponent.
Even if DM comes back I doubt he will be able to perform like he has in the past.

Since McGhee's arrival the cats have played 4 top shelf FCS opponents.

'10 NDSU
'11 GRIZ
'11 SHSU
'12 SHSU

0-4
out scored 161-56

Cats have been good since DM but not great.

Good Lord - what is TOP SHELF in your opinion? Does National Champion constitute being TOP SHELF?

Hey Junior - in 2010 MSU hammered EWU to the tune of 30-7... EWU went on to become NATIONAL CHAMPS....

please get educated prior to further embarrassing yourself!

If you played them when they were seasoned and rolling it could have been ugly

But....but.... the might GRIZ played them just the week prior and got throttled!! :thumb:

You "Irogant" Griz fans honestly make me laugh!!

I am just wonder according to pussy's logic how bad the Griz would have been beaten that year "if you played them when they were seasoned and rolling".... :thumb:

I think the cats will beat both SFA and UND. But there are concerns with their team, and even cat fans are beginning to acknowledge it.

We should get Preston Gale back in a few weeks. Coe has been filling in great so these subs that have been playing have gotten valuable experience so the DL is going to be a strength by years end. I can't wait to see Daly/Gale on edges with Singleton blasting through.

It is still early to compare anything yet. Come back in 3-4 weeks when some Big Sky games have been played.
I have yet to see a Minter or a Schreibeis.

When you are "throttled," you are beaten before the last play of the game.

You're the one that complained about paying "full" price for tickets, moron.
