Yep. This site is a collection of Griz fans who have been dumbed-down by many years of futility from three head coaches, and who are either too young to realize just how dominant and nationally prominent our program was for 20 years, or, they are too obtuse to admit that the hiring of Bobby Hauck 2.0 was a mistake, and needs to be corrected.

Just know that the majority of Griz Nation wants a change in coaches, and this site is not representative of this opinion. But, many will jump on the bandwagon after yet another poor season by Hauck. It takes time for some of the slow-learners to figure things out.

Like I said elsewhere, I actually think that may be true-- Ferris State could very likely be in the ~30 range in the FCS. I also think teams that are borderline ranked in the FCS mostly kind of suck. Like, if Rhode Island came to Bozeman, I'm expecting a 4 score win.

Look-- I am going to level for you. I am not under any illusions that I am going to convince any Griz fans to somehow abandon their fandom. And I actually like it when the Griz are a highly ranked power. It makes the Brawl so fun.

But 1) I like the arguing and back and forth. It's fun. 2) I am genuinely surprised that the Griz fan base is so willing to make excuses for this current staff. I find it interesting. I genuinely believe that if the coach had the same record but a different name, virtually the entire fan base would want him gone.

Again— you’re putting words in my mouth. I agree with you, Ferris State is a lot better than Stetson. I’ve never said otherwise. A strong BSC team should still beat them comfortably at home.

And if you don’t think Griz fans are making excuses then you just haven’t been interacting with the same posters as I have I guess.

And sure enough, you did not disappoint with a doozy of a post right out the box.

Just so that people understand how slanderous this is, Garizzalies apparently sorted through my posts on bobcat nation, found this, and posted it without context.

What was that post about? I was mocking some Cat fans because they were rationalizing Housewright's DUI by saying there wasn't enough to do in Bozeman. As if that somehow justifies driving drunk.

In the previous 9 seasons and this partial season, they are 102-11. And six of THOSE losses came in the DII playoffs. Just FOUR conference losses. So, four conference losses, six playoff losses, and this loss to the Griz. That's IT.

In the last 9 years they've not finished LOWER than 6th in the DII polls.

And by the way, their HC, Tony Annese (who was campaigning for Bobby's job! lol) is measly 147-22 as a head coach. 2 DII championships, 2 DII runnerup finishes, and 2 NJCAA championships.

De La salle high school won like 150 games from the early 90’s to early 2000’s. You should schedule them. They don’t lose either.
