Has anyone seen Tony Annese’ presser? I keep seeing it referenced, but I can’t find it.

I know that Ferris is the top of D-2, but it's not like they're just blowing everyone away. Last week, they played something called an Ashland and they won by 10. Last season, they split in two contests with a team that goes by Grand Valley State.
Griz fans who expected to stomp them were right in that UM should be able to wreck a team like this, especially at home.

My three sons. I thought it was a cute username 20 years ago when I had young children. I was wrong. See my signature line... But I'm not changing it now.

Hey now… that’s not how this works remember- the gris are never bad…. The bad teams are just better when they play well against the gris!!

He read out a few and threw the ball accurately under duress, i specifically remember 2 on deep crossers that took a long time to develop. He can throw it. I don't think your line is good enough to really maximize either his or gilman's talent. On defense you've got good players, gubner is a game wrecker and fouch is playing really well but i don't see the depth of talent you've had in the past. Will be interesting to see how you continue to develop before you're tested again.ElrodGrizzly said:Griz Addict said:This. I hate to fudge say it but, the cats would have beat them by 30+. I think vidlak is showing all the tools, he just needs to have everything click. And it will click. People were saying he doesn't progress through reads, he definitely did that today. He moved incredibly well in the pocket multiple times. Our passing game is going to be very strong by the end of the season.
And McDowell is a stud. I'm a big fan of that kid. Not dissing him at all.

That being said, that might have been the worst reffed game I’ve ever witnessed.
The overturn on Bergen’s catch up the middle. fudge poop. He took three full steps, then bobbled the ball as he was going down, but it NEVER TOUCHED THE GROUND. They call it back. And don’t even bother to review it, just call it back.
The “no call” on the blatant hold on Gubner that allowed their 2nd/last drive to continue…just so fudge obvious…
If Ferris were a more disciplined team, they win this game.

Ashland and Grand Valley used to be NAIA IN EARLY 2000’s.

Are you counting close losses as wins now?

Ferris would have beaten the Cats tonight.
