Great reminder and great example of how to handle negativity. Some here think they can drown it out by posting every two minutes to re-enforce their opinion. Others get touchy about everything. Chris owns the whole site and with one post reminds us how to turn the other cheek.

My fix is to refrain from reading past the 5-6 post on any thread. Most of the quality information is usually given at that point. I also completely avoid reading treads started by certain posters.

It would help if the moderator moved or locked dumb/hijacked threads more often. Maybe a talking crap section would be good.
