Hauck not widely popular with his players. Didn't have to be.signedbewildered said:grizindabox said:Shaun Rainey @ShaunRainey 2m2 minutes ago
Griz CB Parker was let go not because of ability but because apparently it wasn't a good fit chemistry wise #GrizFB
That's understandable. Interesting that some on here know players that are high on Stitt and respect him and others claim they know players who think he is a jerk. Always a tough job to get that many kids and staff that have to spend that much time together in a very competitive environment to not only get along and work together but to sacrifice unselfishly for the better of the team as a whole.

Not sure he is fighting....I think he is just standing his ground...
You think this is not going to happen at MSU by this time next year?Allezchat said:Just my opinion, this isn't the pros. That's why you give a guy a few years to be where he wants to be. Because he has at least a couple years without having "his guys". This sucks for those young men who bled for all of you griz fans.

What really should be talked about is the overwhelming amount of dislike the players have for this guy. The complete opposite of a players coach he treats his guys like crap.
I'm calling BS on this one.
I have about 1000% more knowledge on this than you :thumb:
Ya think maybe he's a player or now ex-player? Some of you guys can be real assholes.get'em_griz said:grizsdf said:BDizzle said:Stitt better have a plan. I'm not a fan of cutting players that have been with the system for awhile and have worked hard.

My view is that giving them an indication now, or even cutting them, is a humane way to do it. They don't have to go through all the winter early morning workouts and spring ball. They can look for a new program sooner, if they want. They can move out of their apartments now, and don't have to come back in January.
I'm surprised by some of the news, and assumed some of these guys had potential. I'm sure all or a number of them will do well at their next place if they want to keep playing. And for some, it will be nice just to kick back, be a fulltime student, and have some fun--either here or elsewhere. College sports, especially football, is such a huge commitment.
I wish them all the best. I enjoyed reading about them, seeing them play, and seeing them practice. I hope they had many good experiences while they were at UM and in the program.

Maybe it goes beyond that maybe there was some attitude or other issues that we are unaware of. i'm sure it will all come out in the long run but I keep thinking there's got to be something more to the story.

Pflug getting cut really surprises me. No on can question his commitment to the game of football having graduated hs early and enrolling here right away so he could get the hang of the college game right away and build relationships with the rest of the team.
Watch him end up at Eastern or on some other big sky conference team and light us up for the next four years. That would be karma.
