Crazy Fight - BYU vs Memphis -

There is a reason why anyone who plays BYU regularly hates them more than anyone else on thier schedule.
 
Let me list again several Mormons who have played and coached for the Griz: Blaine Taylor, Stew Morrill, Marty Duff, Kelly Bryant, Brady Green, D. Dlouhy, Shane Belnap, Cory Procter, Jordan Woods, etc, etc. There was blame to go around on both sides there even though some of you are blinded to it. :lame:

I wouldn't necessarily pick those names to mean much. Stew had a girl friend stashed dorm room at Gonzaga, got away with that but did get busted for growing pot in dorm room though. Actually the RD and RA cut the plant off at the roots and left a pile of mouse turds in its place.

Then Blaine has been fired or encouraged to move on from what now, 2 or 3 coaching jobs for his drinking and driving (and or bar brawling) problem. The last one was spectacular being a nationally broadcast coaches show for ODU

I'd say mormons aren't much different from anyone else.

Las Vegas was settled by Mormons, and they never left. As former casino exec, I can tell you that the Mormon banks held the mortgages of many of the strip hotels. They have done quite well and have managed to have kept that under wraps for decades. The mob was no match for them nor were the Teamsters..
 
I start to gain a little respect on here for posters like Everett and Indianoutlaw and then they say outrageous things and show their real selves. :idea:

He did things any college kid did, whats the big deal? You brought up the Morrill-ity of it all.


Worse than that I still believe he fell for the mice stealing his pot..........

I lost your respect because I asked what Joseph Smith would do?

Me thinks you're a little too personally close to this issue. He's a historical figure. Would I have lost your respect if I'd asked what Martin Luther would have done? Or MLK for that matter?
 
granite, You should know by now to not take things on egriz personally!! The vast majority of fan forums are full of people that need to tear down others to make themselves feel better, very few bring good info to the table.
I can only imagine what it would be like being a player, coach or family member of someone on the Griz team. The crap that gets spewed out on a fan forum such as this at times is just rediculouse.

Interesting, being that the 'Book of Mormon' has no more credibility that the La très Sainte Trinosophie',(The Most Holy Trinosophia) credited to Count St. Germain.

As Zane Grey would relate in one of his 1912 novels..No better than riding a blind horse.

Whats even funnier, is he made it about Blsine Taylor and Stu Morrill, well actually Blaine got left out when his history was remebered.
