Congrats to the damn Cats.

I think the mistakes are the result of the Griz being the best team (minus Oregon) the cats have played. We have the best skill players in the big Sky, just need more work on the lines. Griz had a lot of things not go our way
I mean I won’t disagree with that. You’re the best team we’ve played since SDSU probably. Though I liked what Davis was doing.

But yes, some of the things I saw that didn’t look good was most certainly in part to the griz. Thats sports. You guys have good players that do good things. And some I feel were just on us.

I’m fine if you think you have the best skill players. They’re certainly good. I read all last week that the griz were better than the Cats at just about every position. If true, I’m even happier about our win even though it just looked “off” at times.

That is very true. It would fill their stadium

So would a semifinal against any other opponent, they sold out the stadium when they played SDSU in 2021 and South Dakota last year. Plus, doesn't the NCAA get all the playoff money anyway? The Griz as the #3 seed is certainly a good possibility but I don't think they'd engineer the bracket that way just for the matchup.

The Cats were good, not great. I don't think they could have played the Griz better. Cats are just so good. Griz have more talent and are/will be better.

The Cats controlled the clock and yards gained. Could the Griz have won the game? Yes, but an interception and blocked field goal was the difference. Also, MSU is nasty. They should have received a few more unsportsmanlike penalties. They hit hard and were intense. They came to win and were not intimidated. They have the right attitude. I want to see more of that out of Bobby’s team. I want to see DOLA. The Oline couldn’t protect on pass plays. Ah Yat didn’t get through his progressions enough to hit his second and third receivers. The middle of the field was barren for the Griz. That needs to change.

Every position except two, the most important two on the field .

In the first quarter I was like "looks like their o line is overrated" then by 3rd I was like "I was wrong"
Comparatively Cat QB setup consistently with much better protection in the pocket. Buying time like that is pretty much the stuff to effectively execute any offense.

Honestly what did Griz coaches to “piss away home field advantage “ today? That was just a tough game vs two good teams . Tipped INT for a TD coaches fault? A questionable hold call on an otherwise brilliant call for a TD? I think Griz fans that enjoyed the 16 year streak have an unrealistic sense of reality. We are competing against a school with similar resources and support and it was tough close loss. I just thought this was a great game that either team could have won.
Spot on. Close game but the Cat's were better. That 'Lil Bro torch was handed back a few years ago yet that reality hasn't sunk in over here. Doesn't diminish the year the Griz have had and they're one of a couple of teams that might knock off NDSU. That's what we all need - to bounce NDSU.

If any team is going to bounce NDSU, then they better do one of two things. Either run the damn ball effectively and control TOP. Keep their D fresh and off the field as much as possible. OR score a boatload of points and make it a race right to the end. Every possession has to result in points on board. The 3-3-5 appears to be geared towards the latter of these two options. We shall see if the Griz end up on NDSU’s side of the bracket.

Cats have a balanced offense this year. Lamson's good. When it's not there he doesn't force it, he creates with his feet. 18/20 against the Griz at home with all the chips on the table, that's a dude. Not a slight to Ah Yat, he's come a long way in a short time & gets better nearly each game. Griz played a great game yesterday.

See, and that’s exactly why it’ll never be “handed back”. 1) It didn’t even exist until the Streak, and 2) (most importantly) Bobfans remain extremely fixated on getting rid of it. There’s nowhere to “hand it”. It’s a way of thinking and a way of life. See, e.g., your post, any home Bobgame, any Bobwedding, etc.

Whoa son, don't wade to deep.....in bitter creek.....

Can we agree that most of the fans that have stuck around since the 90s want another natty?

I don’t fucking care about beating run of the mill big sky and up and coming FCS programs that were d2 a few years ago.

Are we back to natty or bust or not? How many fucking years do we have to wait to win the big games against tough teams?
Didn’t we beat NDSU and the cats in the same season just 2 years ago?

WHY THERE IT IS, CDA! I see it now.

Either his prefrontal cortex or his penis is soooooo small, he can’t see it. He’s catsplaining! The primary symptom of Little Brother Syndrome (LBS).

There it is again!

“Your little team is really good, it’s just not up to our level.”

He’s the kind of guy that’s driving alone and closes the car window after he farts.

It’s a fucking grand celebration of little brotherism!

We shall see if the Griz end up on NDSU’s side of the bracket. In the natty last year, Vigen tried to beat them at their own game, only to find they weren't interested in running the ball. Their qb had the best day he'll ever have throwing the ball and then the td run. Vigen turned Tommy loose in the second half and made it a close game at the end. Move to this year. No more Tommy. Lamson arrives and can throw the ball and scramble. New offense designed on balance.

There it is! 😀
There it is! 😀
You're the poster child for 'lil bro CDA. Hearing Mony Mony makes your blood boil. That's why they do it - that and it's hilarious and fun, but it's not about puffing chests out. It's the modern version of Poooor Bobcats, started by students who weren't even alive during the streak & have no concept of the griz being the better program.

And are now undefeated in the BSC 2 straight years. Big win yesterday in a dog fight, hats off to the Griz. That's a good team & will make serious waves in the playoffs. Hoping you go to Fargo, not to lose, to beat those prairie pigs.
There it is again!

His ego is so wrapped around a toss-up victory that he’s on his rivals board reminding them the cats are undefeated in the conference 2 years running.

Here’s the two-part formula:
Give a small condescending compliment THEN brag like a little bitch.

You little fellas played your heart out yesterday but the cats are undefeated in conference play two years running.”
