Just saw on philadelphia eagles website Colt has been named starter for the final two games. Great news for the Butte product!
It was the least I could do. You're welcome. IntuitiveGriz said:The game color announcer (Mark Mayock) OOOOZED praise multiple times on Colt Anderson...saying that he brought a real difference to the Eagle defense, not scene since Dawkins was roaming the secondary. Mayock said that Colt reminded him of Tim Hauck, also from Montana that played for the eagles. He couldn't have been anymore complimentary of Anderson! I was shocked, and haven't scene that much praise put on any Montana player in the NFL during an NFL game. It was sweet. :thumb:
Also I have a childhood friend from Butte living in the D.C. area now that was visiting Philly and NY this past weekend. He texted me and said, "Guess who we just bumped into on the steps of the Musuem (in Philly)?" It was Colt with another guy visiting him from Butte... My friends young son was excited to meet Colt, a pro football player.

Darryl Dunphy said:...Mayock is familair with Andersen from Colts days as a Viking. Mayock used to do Viking preseason games, and he always seemed to be a fan of the Butte Missle even when he was a low depth chart guy trying to make plays in the later parts of preseason games. This said..Good luck Colt.
