Not really. They've been playing football since 1909 (actually 1888 as I went and looked it up) if I recall. John Wristen at CSU-Pueblo is the one that built a team up from nothing (as in NO football team)....and actually won a National Championship in 2014, just a mere 7 years after starting from scratch in 2008. From no team on the field to a NC is by far more impressive than anything Stitt has done.

And I'm not a Stitt hater, just setting the record straight. Wristen was not seriously considered for the Griz job because of a prior domestic incident where he assumed responsibility, and moved on. CSUP forgave him, and hired him. Damn good thing they did. IMO he is far the superior coach of Stitt though.

I've actually NEVER claimed I know a lot about football. But I have seen the inside of Montana's lockerroom, and their medical training facility and their weight room. They are all a laughing stock. You think a lockerroom that has to have its carpet replaced twice a year is a good facility?

This is plain silly. Which "facility" generates revenue and attracts donations, energizing successive rounds of facilities upgrades?

Fantastic stadiums?

Or nice locker rooms?

At the end of the day, the locker rooms follow the stadium, program, and fanbase, not the other way around.

EWU's are nicer "at the moment" because that's all they could afford to do. That's not a plus. Check back in September, 2017.

I know the story. And its a hell of lot more complicated than just one sentence. I know guys that have smoked pot...even inhaled. Heck one even became President....oh there was that other guy in the 90s.
