Cole Grossman

When I lived in South Texas my air conditioners (had 2 for my house - one for upstairs and one for down) ran 24/7 from about 15 June to 15 September. They NEVER cycled off. It was relentless heat.

That is always tough to see. He is a good receiver and would have been bigger and better this year. I know they brought in some replacements, but always sad to see a kid get hurt and miss some time.

If Pease can’t figure out a way to get the balls to the difference makers, it’s going to be a sad season. The entire receiver corp needs to take a big step forward. Best of luck to Cole.

Won't he be able to get a medical redshirt year for this?

I'd imagine so, don't see why he wouldn't qualify for one.

This year would already be his 6th year and next year will be his 7th due to grey shirting, then redshirting, plus the covid year. He was a three year vet going into his Fr season. He’s gonna need a special approval to get one more bonus year.

And a retirement plan….

And yet he'd still be the youngest player in Weber State history.

When did this injury occur? Don’t remember him being hurt bad enough at the end of last year that surgery would be required. Will be a big blow not to have him out there.

Now, THAT is funny!
