A loss to the Bobcats does not define a season. Even if he loses to the Bobcats and we get 10 win seasons and get wins in the playoffs, he needs to stay. Now, if he starts having losing records or doesn't make it to the playoffs for a couple years in a row, then it's time to move on. Yall must of been extremely spoiled children.

My how the tables have turned. It's crazy to think about the role reversal that has taken place. The Cats used to be in the same boat... winning half their league games, hoping to squeak into the playoffs every year, but we all knew there was no real chance we were going to compete the the upper echelon of FCS. Today..... over at MSU the expectation is that we are going to play for a national championship every year. That used to be the griz.

These Hauck lovers live in the past, and try to deflect truth by bringing-up 10-20 year old Griz success stories. Your post is 100% spot-on. We are now the little brother. I hate it, but I admit it. That is why I want a re-set, and an end to cronyism in Grizzly athletics. Hauck and his band of dinosaur coaches are incapable of RTD. They can't recruit with the other top Big Sky coaches. The tables have been reversed...... they just refuse to accept it, and continue living in fantasy land where the Griz are just a couple of key players away from RTD.

No one is happy how the season went. No one. We just understand that our down year that included a trip the playoffs and a win against a fcs conf champion, doesn't call for firing of a HC. If we continue to decline next year and the year after, that will be a deciding factor. 1 bad year... cmon. And it wasn't even that bad.


The main thing we need to get this team back on track, are some offensive staffing changes. That will help this team tremendously. It was the downfall of the team. Defense can't be on the field killing themselves every game just for the offense to shit the bed.

Few changes and the team could easily be on track to an NC trip. It just depends if moves are made and if they were good moves. Nothing on this planet is guaranteed, nothing. It's all chance.

Will it? 3rd, 4th, 6th. How many more “declining” years should a coaching staff get? Remember, this team was picked to WIN the conference.

We were T-3rd in 2021, just like we were T-3rd in 2019. We did not finish worse from 2019 to 2021 in conference. Stop saying we were 4th.

Nahh. Lucas wouldn’t have been able to beat NDSU. We don’t have the beef upfront to beat that team. Nor do we have the right coaches calling plays to win the offensive battle.

Weird how we went from not being ranked at all and teams like Northern Colorado were beating us with Stitt and now we have had top 25 ranked teams and have went to the playoffs and got wins 3 years in a row.. we were in the dumpster because of Shitt and now we are crawling up. We just didn't have a good 2nd string qb to help us when our starter went down. Which Johnson was hurt quite a bit. All this years team needed was a quality backup and the record would have been way different.

Weird how we went from not being ranked at all and teams like Northern Colorado were beating us with Stitt and now we have had top 25 ranked teams and have went to the playoffs and got wins 3 years in a row.. we were in the dumpster because of Shitt and now we are crawling up. We just didn't have a good 2nd string qb to help us when our starter went down. Which Johnson was hurt quite a bit. All this years team needed was a quality backup and the record would have been way different.
