Classless EWU!!!

EWU's players were classless in 2002 when we lost over there, they taunted our coaches, players and fans. Their fans were classless in 2010 when they rushed the field and pushed our players, and they were classless tonight, they are #7 and they won a game the should have against the #21 team. I hate EWU more than the Cats, ever since 2002's game in Joe Albi.

Thanks for the post, would love for the Griz to get another go at EWU in the playoffs. It is to bad that my wife and I had that experience in Cheney at the game a few years back. I'm sure there are plenty of good EWU fans out there, but that particular Saturday they were overshadowed by some classless people. Good luck to EWU the rest of the season as well. Kaufman is a beast!

BTW, they rushed the field during the NDSU, Villanova, and Griz games in 2010. If you don't want to see them rush the field, win the game.

Griz played a great game and outplayed EWU in the 2nd half. I was extremely impressed with TM and Nguyen. Your players were class acts after the game, and from what I saw, so were your fans.

They had just witnessed a huge comeback win...first home game, first week of school. WTF is the big deal?

They did it when we beat Villanova and NDSU in 2010 at home, and yes the Griz as well. And then of course, against Delaware in the chipper. I guess I don't understand WTF the big deal is, or how doing it is "classless". BTW this is primarily the students, not all the EWU fans.

As to the "superbowl" analogy, that doesn't really hold water, either. I think it's pretty safe to say that the program is well removed from the time when just beating the Griz made the season. This is always a fun game, but at the end of the day the "W" is the same as one against ISU or whomever.

You have a good team and I would be surprised if you lost another game this season, save perhaps MSU. But I think the Griz are talented enough to win that one, too. Gotta shore up the secondary a little, though.

You guys have a great team. Nguyen is getting ripped on here, but he is a damn good back. I saw Nguyen walking off the field and he looked like someone who had absolutely given his all for you guys. Griz are going to win a lot of games this year.

I wouldn't worry about it, any. It was a great game nonetheless. A couple sore losers don't distract from the fact that EWU had a damn decent game plan; that Brandon Kaufman is probably the best WR in the entirety of the BSC, if not a few other conferences as well.

It was a tough game; the most I was hoping for a close one, at least going in; thinking EWU was favored to win anyways. I thought it would have been a major upset if the Griz won; came close. Bodes well for the rest of the season. Wish ya luck for the rest of the season and represent the BSC well; most times you do.

Same here. I was there in 2004 and it couldn't have been a worse experience. Had food thrown at us on several occasions and we were on the opposite side of the field from the students. Can't say I have any desire to ever go back. Don't know how much it has changed there.

All that aside it was a great game. We still need work and you guys showed a lot of heart down the stretch to pull it out. Hats off to you guys for that.

As for FTG. At least you guys chant it while actual playing us. Unlike the scats who chant it at every game. Ever.

Good game to both our teams. Wouldnt expect anything less from either team.
