If you go to a game to watch the mascot then you need a new past-time. Most kids are bored by the mascot as well. I am sure that you really enjoy the KidRock entrance on the 3 wheeled scooter with the miniature sidekick behind him on a trike. Once again, I go to the bathroom during the commercial breaks, I do not sit there and wonder what "neat things" the mascot is up to.

I apologize. You are right. In order to be the best possible fan, I will no longer pay attention to anything other than the game at all times. I will not look at the mascot crowd surfing or at Griz Vision, unless it is a football related replay. I will not watch or enjoy any fireworks, pregame festivities or participate in the wave. Enjoyable non football conversations with my friends and family are untolerable. I will get in line to take a piss at every break and think about football. I am a Griz football fan dammit.

You guys win. I think I am just disappointed every year that Barry isn't Monte anymore. He is such a good dancer and really pumped up the crowd week in and out. The latest students honored enough to play Monte need to study a little Benny the bull videos so we can be proud of Monte again. Maybe another mascot of the year award too?

P2W, this is a decent question that people ask me with moderate frequency. Monte actually invented the fly sweep and will likely have a place on the sideline this fall. It's actually Mo who needs to get his shit together.
