Yeah, "stalking" just like you came over to the basketball threads and started posting about this crap on every thread I was discussing basketball on. You don't just lie when you get shown up, you stalk and then whine when that blows up on you too. After all, I was discussing the fact with another poster that "all" schools do not in fact evaluate scholarships after one year. You butted into that trying to pretend I said something different so you'd have another 12 posts to argue about something. "Stalking?" You're the king because you're a sore loser.

How about you two take your 'pitching vs. catching' debate elsewhere? I hate having to log in to avoid reading your pissing match in every thread. If you could, that would be great. Mkay? Or not. Whatever. Carry on.

Pretty certain someone started a thread just for the two of them to hash it out? Think the thread got band.....banned......well, moved.

And as you will notice....it is the Big 5 conferences that do it....the big boys with the cash....you don't see the MVC or the equivalent to the BSC doing it...

UND and NDSU are doing it as well, along with offering stipends.

actually UND has back away from the stipends for the short term after figuring out what it would really cost

UND already offered stipends to Hockey. Can you produce a link that they are not going to for other sports?

This thread's a good example. I was addressing, factually, the contention that "all" schools evaluate scholarships annually. He wasn't in the conversation. Then he butts in, tries to say I said something I didn't say, lies about the postings, and creates yet another artificial dispute. Just blatant lies.

He does it on thread after thread. As I pointed out, this thread is a typical example. I wasn't talking to him about anything, but he can't "let go" of an embarrassment weeks ago, and apparently is a compulsive liar to boot. Here he is again. Same story.

He apparently feels the need. I don't, but when someone is as willing to lie and distort conversations as he is ... it's a collossal waste of time, for everybody, I agree. He doesn't agree. He feels the need ....

As I "attempted" to point out on another thread, this is wrong, and currently among one of the most volatile controversies in college sports. Several schools do now offer four year scholarships; precisely to out-recruit schools that recruit and then cut promising athletes because of coaching "changes" that have nothing to do with the competitor's abilities. The kids want protection from that.

The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), Big Ten Conference (B1G), Big 12 Conference, Pacific-12 Conference (Pac-12), and Southeastern Conference (SEC), all now offer four year schollies. "Between 2002-2011, 99.3% of the top 100 football recruits in the nation chose teams in the power conferences. Historically, over 90% of football teams that finish in the top 25 rankings and over 90% of the basketball teams that make it to the Final Four are from the power conferences."

where exactly in this post...the one I commented on....does any of this info relate directly to Montana, the BSC, or an equivalent conference.....because that was my question.....you are throwing out the Big 5 conferences as your reasoning why what Montana is doing is wrong....but you are comparing apples to oranges..
