I never said you can’t tell anything about them, I said you can’t tell exactly how good or bad relative to their FCS peers they will be from this game. What we also know is that their running backs, run game, and run blocking showed nothing at all, except being weak. And that their D looked a bit weak, as it gave up scores (all TD's and 1 FG) on every Oregon drive of the game, except the end of the game drive. Oregon may be super good, but they are to that good. Part of it is that the Cats showed weaknesses in the game, and my view that wasn't only the result of great Oregon talent. If you like to discuss ball, why don't you discuss it. Saying no one can tell anything about the Cats from the game because of the talent disparity is not discussing the game.
Oregon up on Oklahoma State 69-3 after 3 quarters. Cats did not look THAT bad.I noticed after the first Bobcat possession that a couple of the OL guys looked like they were going to puke. Maybe a little too much Golden Corral, or Cracker Barrel?
Didn't only two Big Sky teams win yesterday? They weren't all playing the Ducks.

Lots of slop on both sides. Cats QB is pretty decent. Lines for both teams - who really knows. Secondary for the Cats is poor.OT with rabbit state
Only Cats would think doing better than 69-3 is a big accomplishmentYes, they did !!!
Ducks HC Lanning called off the dogs and started playing his 2's and 3's in the second probably because he was playing MSU, FCS. If he keeps his starters in the game until mid to late 4th, Ducks win by 60 + !!!
Now he's playing a Big 12 school in OK State, a peer FBS school from also from a peer Power 4 Conference, so he's less inclined to be charitable today !!!
As I said, Cat run game from backs is not up to par. Not much yardage from backs. Not much per carry from backs. QB lost two fumbles. I didn’t see the fumbles. Cats couldn’t pick up short first down at end of OT, even after stupid 5 yard offsides penalty by Rabbits Cat D must have played well or fairly well. Held Rabbits to about 1-13 on 3d downs. The QB must have played fairly well. I saw only part of game, but follows the stats all game. Turns out all or most of what I said about Cats after Oregon game was right today, at least about their offense. A home game loss too.I never said you can’t tell anything about them, I said you can’t tell exactly how good or bad relative to their FCS peers they will be from this game.
My overall takeaway.I guess I'm not overly impressed with either of those teams.
