I wish I had your optimism but I don't. I think the recruiting class has been good and the transfer class has been really good, but some things aren't changing. Playing in Bozeman, with the same defensive scheme, same co DCs, and same S& C program, I don't feel good about it. Maybe between now and then things will drastically improve and I will change my mind. We will see.Already looking forward to Nov. 21
Worry not...I think regardless of scheme this defense looks better than last year...and then there is the offense!!I wish I had your optimism but I don't. Did you miss the part where I'm a mom? All we do is worry. Lol.Worry not...I think regardless of scheme this defense looks better than last year...and then there is the offense!!
SameYeah sorry, I'll believe we can win in Bozeman again when we actually do it. Until then, I'm chalking it up as a loss for next season, especially with all they have coming back.
Well, I could have gone without seeing that stat...With a loss in Bozeman next season, Bobby 2.0 would tie Rob Ash’s record in the Cat Griz rivalry at 2-7.
It’s ironic because Rob Ash is also the only coach that Bobby Hauck has ever beaten in Bozeman.Well, I could have gone without seeing that stat...
No. They are willfully ignorant jock sniffersI'll be shocked if we don't get beat by over 20 points. Will the Bobby forever crowd ever wake up to reality?
Hes a good coach but not good enough
2-7 in the Cat Griz rivalry was bad enough for MSU to move on from Rob Ash. What does that say about UM in comparison to MSU if 2-7 in the rivalry isn’t bad enough to move on from Hauck 2.0?No. They are willfully ignorant jock sniffers
What mom said. Every year, optimism begins in Jan/Feb, builds throughout spring and fall camps, then, almost like clock work we will begin to see/say the same things we have the past ????? how many years?I wish I had your optimism but I don't. I think the recruiting class has been good and the transfer class has been really good, but some things aren't changing. Playing in Bozeman, with the same defensive scheme, same co DCs, and same S& C program, I don't feel good about it. And justified. We also need to avoid the Even Year Curse that this staff has had as of late.
Since 2018, we're 46-11 (81%) in odd years ('19, '21, '23, '25), but just 23-15 (60%) in even years ('18, '22, '24, excluding the 2020 spring season, obviously) with 5 losses in each season.
If we lose 5 games next season, the calls for regime change will be deafening.
We are replacing our entire defense and OL. If we don’t make some key schematic adjustments AND nail our transfer class we will get smoked in bozo next year.I'll be shocked if we don't get beat by over 20 points. Will the Bobby forever crowd ever wake up to reality?
