I don't think this game is as complicated as everybody seems to want to make it. I think the Grizzlies will be better in game 1 next year than they were last year. NDSU? Maybe as good, maybe not better. The UM coaching staff knows exactly what NDSU is going to do. NDSU may think they know what Montana will do on O, but they will have no film of these players running this offense. I think the UM players will work like hell over the summer getting this system down. Are the Griz favored? Clearly not. Can they win? Clearly yes. Should be a great game.

I would hope we would maximize our home field advantage.. Likely game day and start time indicates we should be in all white to minimize the heat factor on field. Let the bison wear their heat sucking colors!

It all starts in the trenches and NDSU's O-line could be the best ever at NDSU. NDSU's defense is going to have growing pains right away and I believe the Griz offense will have more success moving the ball this year.
NDSU's offense is going to be scary good in '15. Good match-up of strength vs strength to start the season: NDSU's offense vs Griz defense.

Actually, the phrase "scary good" was coined by a certain former coach who was also talking about his team "lighting up the scoreboard like a pinball machine."
