I think i have pretty thick skin when it comes to the BS the fans pull, who cares, its part of what makes the rivalry so special. It is pure hatred between these 2 programs.
But what Gratton pulled was complete lack of class. He will forever remember the juvenile stunt he pulled for his last game in a Griz uniform. Wonder what his kids will say when they see that game? I am shocked that the coaches let him on the field with that on his arms. I'd also be surprised if the Big Sky Conference doesn't come down on them for this too. When the NCAA cracks down on Tebow for putting bible verses on his eye black, what do you think will happen with FTC written on arms?
Fans are one thing, but the players, coaches, teams should be rising above this. They are held to a higher standard, rightfully so.
I wish it would've been written in bigger letters.....and if the scats had it on their arms, I'd hate em even more, but I'd like that they did it. This isn't a company f***[*] picnic, where we all have to try and get along. I don't care if scat fans hate us or me at all, because I can't believe there is a life form so low and stupid that they'd root for the scats....they should hate me for what I think about them...
FTC forever...and good job Sammy.
That being said, the hate doesn't extend beyond the football season for some reason. I don't hate scats in basketball, and I surely don't hate them in day to day dealings. Only when talking college football...
