It is now official. I hate spolkaneman for his lack of decent discourse.

Calling out the mother of a Griz is not an act of class instead it's the sound of a bottom feeder sucking in his helpless prey in the darkness of the ocean at 300 feet under water!

Bully talk to a mother..

 calling out a mother?? Bully talk to a mother?? You um grads have a real difficult time with reading comprehension.

I did no such thing. What I asked ms. Poole is what response she might have gotten from ANYONE at the university as to why the program failed her son do horribly. I am certain every discerning parent who is thinking of the um as an option for their own children is wondering the same.

Bully mothers. Well I guess if you guys can fake vacate lost games last year you can also make up your own story lines.

I am wondering how the program failed Trevor?

Maybe Trevor left Spokane with the intent of comiting a felony but my guess is that the Poole parents will dispute that. That leaves a dirty program with no discipline whatsoever to embolden the boy. I would bet a few stern meetings, especially during the season, by plu would have prevented this tragedy. But that is my humble opinion.

Well Spokaneman, I know for a fact that the players were told "NOT" to attend the function where he got in trouble and that the Missoula LEO's advertised the fact that they would be very aggressive with patrolling. I also do not believe Trevor left Spokane with intent of committing a felony, but I am also sure that "The Program" did not lead him down that path either. Even though the offenses are very different, did EWU fail with Dalis Bruce? I am sure he did not have intent to commit a crime when he left home. Trevor all by himself decided to take the action he did, and he has worked very hard to make amends for his actions. I realize where you are trying to go with your drivel, but attacking Trevor and his family is the wrong and misguided way to do it. Also, there is nothing humble about your actions.

Yeah I'm sure Scott has always been soft on the boy. Jesus you are stupid. I know for a fact how good his parents are and how Trev knew he made a huge mistake. When you are young you rarely think of the magnanimity of the consequences of your actions. He knows now and has learned. The "program" didn't cause, and couldn't have prevented, the unilateral actions of Trev. This event had nothing to do with discipline at home or by the coach.

Do you fools EVER tire of making my point for me?? IF HE WAS TOLD NOT TO GO BUT DID ANYWAY does that not reinforce my point that the team had absolutely no regard for the lax discipline that was evident on this team?? Honestly how dumb are you guys that you cannot see my point?

this is alphas fault. even normal threads turn to crap here. what did he think would happen when he started this ridiculous thread?!

oh ya....exactly what did happen...

kudos again alpha.

Once again, not an issue unique to UM. Also funny how your argument continues to change every time someone proves your current drivel incorrect. I also will note how you have not addressed a single mention of similar things that have happened at EWU.

Just when I thought you couldn't get any stupider, you say that and totally redeem yourself... Now your assertion is that the Griz program had lax discipline because they failed to predict that Poole would ignore direct orders not to go. OK, Nostradamus, predict which Eagle player will be the next one to get in trouble? And if you think that there won't be one, then you are even a bigger fool than you appear to be -- if that is even possible... Oh yeah, and if you fail to (by your logic) then clearly it says the EWU program is dirty and out of control.

Oh good. Another troll has joined. And this goes without saying, but, what an impressive first post.

This might be hard for a "Grisly Fan" to understand but let me try to explain what I think the man from Spokane was try to convey.

He did not assert that the Griz program had lax discipline because they failed to predict Poole's actions, rather as a RESULT of the Griz lax discipline, Poole had no fear of breaking the rules and suffering the meager consequences that had been bestowed on past rule breakers. Hopefully that will shine a light in that cavernous empty head.

C'mon mods. Delete this pos thread and ban Spokaneman. We all have our moments, but this dude is over the top. Unbelievable really and just a bad person. Call me a hypocrite - don't care. This is a bad, bad, bad.

I agree that he has paid the price. And I regret trolling with what is an otherwise VERY PUBLIC turn of events. However now that this horse is out of the barn, I am interested in the response of Liza. As a parent myself, I am interested what actions she did take with the leaders of the program who promised to keep her son safe.

Honestly I do not dislike the kid as kids do make mistakes. My disdain is for the program and the rabid fans that create the problems That these young impressionable kids Fall into.

The University of Washington just kicked a very promising DT, who played as a freshman, off of their team for buying MDMA at a party. Instantly gone, no scholarship, no safety net. Mrs. Poole and her son should make the best out of what was a huge mistake, and thank their lucky stars that Trevor was allowed not only back on the team, but to also keep his scholarship. Many people are shocked that a drug dealer would be allowed back on the team so quickly, and with his scholarship, and the Poole family is probably best-served to lay low and hope their son doesn't commit another crime.

Just one more dumb ass scat fan. Never ends. Just never ends. Can't fans on this board sound like this. Griz cheat. All are criminals. Program is done. Cants are going to win and Rob is resurrecting the program. (Wait, just puked out the door). Continuing - Griz girls are not pretty they just have more money and better makeup. I did not have sex with that sheep, it backed into me. I am really doing my Mom a favor moving back in with her to live in the basement. Etc. Etc. Etc. blah blah blah. Snivel.
I say - whatever makes you feel better dudes. The train is rolling down the tracks and you bet get your can't assess off. Live it up and post away while you can. Your one year is about over.

What YEAR is that? the one that we kicked your ass in 2010? Or maybe it was 2011 when you fielded a dirty team! Oh, I know, probably in 2012 when the cats kicked your ass AGAIN!

Mr. Copper Griz - if you wanted to be historically accurate you should have stated "Your 3 years in a row is about over"! Just sayin
