Dang...I love listening to the Scared Kittens on here...
It's like they know TG follows Egriz and they are doing their damndest to re-Sell the "quality loss issue" to a Guy who would rather win.....
 
All i want is for Bobby to put together the best staff he possibly can. If that includes Ty i'm in full support.
 
Cleveland fans went through this very same thing with LeBron. Granted he didn't exactly go to their hated rival. When he went back to Cleveland and started to win and brought back a championship all was water under the bridge. If Ty comes back, their will be some bitching and moaning and some boos. When we start winning Big Sky championships and our D is the best in the Big Sky, all will be forgiven.
 
i kinda think it would be awesome if he came back... just proves that he never really wanted to be a bobcat. griz blood runs through his veins

I always loved the guy's passion. That said I'm ambivalent about him rejoining the Griz. I do think the best part of him jumping back would be the humor in listening to the cat fans.

However, I have still not forgiven Ty for the Cal Poly game where we let them drive the field (with a running game) and score with no timeouts and virtually no time on the clock. That one rivals blitzing the cats on 3 & 35. :ugeek:
 
Not gonna lie that would seriously suck. I like what Ty has done with the defense, although not perfect, is a thousand times better than what it was with pretty much the same cast of characters. But to lose him back to the Griz... ugh.

However this thread is pretty comical, when Ty left it was all "He sucked, good riddance, enjoy a mediocre DC". Now some (not all) want him back.

Griz fans are entertaining in that they never realize how good they have it till it's gone, then like the desperate ex who has dated a loser for a while they come crawling back. I bet Hauck is getting a hell of a lot better package than they did in his previous stint.
 
Silly thread. Ty's next stop is FBS DC, probably after next season. He's not going back to Missoula.

Not sure why I thought this was funny but I did. (From Scat Nation) Yep, Ty interviewed, but he was just practice interviewing in case he ever finds a school that seriously thinks he is HC material. "Hey Kent, can you ask me that last question again? I want a do over. I'm pretty sure I have a better answer as by the look on your face, you weren't impressed by my first response."

And when he was DC of the Griz some (not all) Cat fans said the exact same things about him. Griz defense isn't that good, bend but don't break,coaches dirty players, ect. ect. ect. Now ALL of you don't want him to leave.

Oh and I agree with Raider. I don't think he'll be the Griz' DC either.
 
I don’t blame TG one bit. He wasn’t getting past Seymore as it was and he has a family to support. Be real. It was a forward step in his career. Obviously BH needs, at a minimum, an OC and a DC. I could care less what program they come from if they can get it done.
