So you’re just going to fall back on your age discrimination from before any game was played?
I think you made a stugotz hot-take before knowing anything about the guy other than his age and you’ve been trying to defend it ever since. But you literally got nothing; I’ve practically begged you to give any reasoning for like a year now. Note that I’m not trying to defend him or the scheme; just trying to understand why others want him gone. Sounds like you just don’t like his face. If that’s it, fine, I’ll leave you alone. But you have not “told” us anything.
And you think the 4th quarter let downs last year were because of the DC or scheme?

Dude, this is a predictions tread. I'm the one who made the prediction that the DC will not be here in 2020. I provided no reason - I didn't tell you anything. Hell, he might get a miserable case of hemorrhoids that make tightening of the old sphincter on third downs just too damn painful. Or........ Hauck may not like it if the cats score on a 99 yd. drive with 2 minutes left with a QB who can't pass. I don't know, and if I did I'm not going to elaborate on why - it's just a damn prediction. AZ doesn't have to elaborate on why he has reservations about Baer either - it is ok not to like somebody for no reason.

And I said that exact thing above. My rant isn’t directed at you. AZ and I have gone the rounds on this issue since Baer was hired. All I’m trying to understand, and all I’ve ever wanted to know, is why? Seems reasonable.
If he simply doesn’t like him—fine—again, as above, I will stop my incessant negging. But if so, I don’t think he can later say “I told you so” as he so clearly intends to, bc he has not told us a damn thing. Maybe I missed it or forgot? If there is a valid reason, I would like to know why someone thinks our DC needs to be replaced.

I don't give a shit if he's 90--not sure where you get that "age discrimination" thing from...that's you reading something that's not there. I DO give a shit that he hasn't had/led a relevant defense (statistically) since God knows when, with the exception of one giant outlier year at SJSU. And his D last year performed no better than Semore's who was run out of town on a fucking rail the year before...so there's that.

When was the last time the Griz lost 3 games in a row on in the season. Better yet when was the last time the Griz lost 3 home games in a season? Better than that when was the last time the Griz had as many epic second half collapses in a season? Answer, not in recent memory.

Who was the coach for all of these? Was it Semore or Baer? Answer: Baer.
But then again I guess its always good to have coaches working their way down the ladder instead of up it. Its every coaches dream to continually move to smaller programs for less money but it has nothing to do with performance??? lol

Actually. I agree. I like Baer truly but I believe this will be his last go no with us no matter how well we do. Question for others, in this hypothetical occurrence, who is his successor? My gut tells me an in house promotion.
