I'd guess Baldwin would be on the radar. No idea where. Plenty of coaches need replaced around the FBS. Thereay be an opening in Fargo too from what I understand.

Bohl can run but he can't hide!

In other words, you are clueless and have no idea about Baldwin.

No kidding? I never said it was reported, just that he would be a likely get from the FCS ranks. I won't be surprised if he is going. Will you?

I would be very surprised if he is gone in the next week like you stated. There is not a place for him to go, not a fit, as of now. That is why I asked you to to expand on your statement.

Yeah. That part was just spouting off. A dig at Screaming Beagle.

It sucks to lose a good coach. Life in the FCS.

Depending on how many assistants he takes with him, our season is probably over.

This is what happens to successful programs, we have been through it a lot in the past. Don't believe your season is over, too many senior leaders and too much tradition. Be patient, it will all work out.

Baldwin comes up a lot in conversation down here in Boise. Like HelenaHand mentioned, Harsin and Wilcox also come up in conversation often. Harsin would require a large buyout and Wilcox was not named interim HC though. Another name I hear they are pursuing is Jeff Tedford.

I wonder if Baldwin would leave for a lucrative OC offer from a power conference school?

This. That's what we call a Program. We had pretty constant success from Read through Glenn, Dennehey, Hauckc, Phlugrad and now Delaney. Once you get where NDSU is you have a LOT of momentum.

I am sure that Bohl has already taken things into account and will not add some of the coaches until later so NDSU will be fine. It is not like the entire staff is packing up and leaving tomorrow.

Imagine this will also happen to Eastern. It's a compliment of a good program. Tough when it happens.

Alpha might be pretty close

A tweet from a Wyo insider who has a good track record

RT @Jimrosehuskers: Bohl's deal at Wyo is easily 1.5-2M per. He negotiated private aircraft and asst staff salaries that dwarf predecessor

i'm fine with coaches moving on and taking more money. but his players found out about this on twitter and that is messed up. at least have enough respect to your guys to tell them first.

Sounds like the Asst. salaries were a major negotiating point, he may be bringing the whole Bison crew.

He could have done way better than wyoming, I'll guess the payday will be about 500K.

$1.5-2 mil/yr and a jet + big pay raises for staff

...and all the high prarie chicks and hangerons any respectable FCS coach could ask for. Plus, the Wyoming fanbase will give him at least 4-5 years to build the program, it's complete shambles at this point.

Wyoming will announce North Dakota State's Craig Bohl Sunday as its new head coach, a source told CBS Sports. ...
So if he is announced as the Wyoming coach tomorrow ... Who coaches NDSU in their next playoff game? And if they do, as previously expected, make it to the FCS championship game in January ... will he be coaching them then, or getting busy with recruiting, etc. at his new job?

This could get very interesting.

All great questions, the coaching carousel begins. Who is Boise getting?

Do you think Baldwin could be on BSU radar?

With the interwebs and social media, this will be the rule and not the exception. I don't think the coach is to blame, same thing happened with Sarkisian and others. Social media has made information so to the minute, that scheduling a meeting and getting everyone together just can' happen fast enough. Everyone wants the scoop before anyone else has a chance to scoop them.
