Have to remember though this was only his 2nd start, and the first start against a D1 team. Look at JJ's 4th start. 9-19, 148yds, 1td, 3int. That's a QB rating of 98.59. He turned out alright
Like I said earlier he was counted on to be the entire cats offense since their running game was beyond pathetic. Yeah, his stats are not good, but have to cut him some slack, he had absolutely no help offensively out there and the defense sure didn't help keep the score down either.
The game against UND will tell us a lot about his (and the cats) ability to bounce back after a bad loss. If they get into another high scoring shootout, they are likely in trouble.
