Black Out Game 9/6 vs. Central Washington

I chuckle a little when it’s Blackout and it’s 90+ in Missoula that day for a high. Even a Maroon out would be warm though not as. But otherwise I think the games where everyone wears the same color are cool. Whatever the color.
It can be a bit warm, but not too bad. With a 7pm kickoff, sun hits the fans on the east side for maybe an hour max. Maybe 20 minutes on the west side. It’s usually pretty damn pleasant at 7pm anyhow.

An early season afternoon game in the hot sun while I am wearing black - pass.
I went to the 2023 home opener against Butler (98 and sunny) and just about fried myself. Agree. Black would be a hard pass if the same conditions.

If it's a night game, that changes everything. They should give everyone matte black T-shirts with Go Griz! in either glow-in-the-dark or 3M reflective material and turn the stadium lights off and shine UV light or spot lights around the stadium to illuminate "Go Griz!" or have one half of the stadium with "Montana" and the other half with "Grizzlies".

Hey UM sports marketing department, message me if you want to offer me a full-time job.

I just spent 3 days in Montana....it was freaking GLORIOUS. 40 at night, 68 during the day...
You're trying to make me jealous aren't you, ya dirty dog? Although, my memories of Memorial Day weekend in Montana (as a kid) are going camping every year. And every single year it was raining and cold and miserable and we sat in the camper and played cards... Maybe Montana weather is better than I remember. Hahaha.

Hah! Nah - Memorial Day weekend is still a coin flip. I will say, the weather in Missoula the last handful of years has been pretty decent - though I remember MANY a rainy/cold Memorial Day as well.
