I don't really have complaints about the sound system. That just isn't the biggest deal to me in WaGriz.
For the bathrooms and concessions, I know that Haslem has said that for us to keep people in the stadium at halftime (and to sell beer in the stadium), we need to expand the bathrooms. He said when he was on the GFP and discussed the issues of people not being in their seats for the 3rd quarter that right now it is actually fairly necessary for fans to leave at halftime just for there to be enough bathroom and concession space for the folks who do stay in the stadium. Expanding both the bathrooms and concessions situations would theoretically lead to less loss of folks coming back in after halftime.
