He gets to prove it with a shit salary. One year prove it, and we'll pay peanutsYa and guess what? If BK goes out there and kills it this year, then he’ll get himself a nice long term deal with a significantly higher base salary. He sure doesn’t seem bothered by it. I think if he were he would’ve demanded more.
People got to keep in mind that BK needs to go out there and prove it this year. He’s never been a head coach, let alone a coordinator before. This should be a motivation tool for him to show that he can get this done. I have no issue with this. He can still make a lot of money if he hits his incentives.
