Bison vs Cats

This won’t be popular, but I’ve had my fill of Thomas TD and company. Seeing them take a second consecutive “L” and having to watch the postseason from the Gallatin would be fitting. Almost as fitting as seeing UNDSU administered a richly deserved ass kicking at WaGriz a week from Saturday.

But that’s just me. Just win baby.

Wouldn’t the ugly buffaloes have to go to Vermillion or God forbid Sacramento the following week before a return trip to Missoula would be possible?

If USD wins they’ll host whoever wins the Cat/Bison game. If Sac. St and NDSU both win I believe if comes down bids like a first round game so I assume it’d be in Fargo.

Correct, since they are both unseeded I think it would come down to the bid placed by both teams prior to the start of the playoffs. Even though Sac couldn’t outbid UND for a first round game, doesn’t mean they didn’t up the bid for a possible quarterfinal matchup, but likely not.

Will be interesting how it turns out. I would like the Bison to have to come to MSO for the semi. Not really rooting for or against them, but I don't really want a Cat rematch in the semi. Would have loved a Cat rematch for the national title.

In a perfect world, the BSC wins all their games...Sac goes to Bozeman and wins, then goes to Missoula and Griz win (Idaho also wins out). Time to show the conference strength. But, truth is the Griz need to win THIS week first.

I’ve done a lot of thinking, consulted many texts, talked to at least three oracles, and I can see clearly now.

I think I’m rooting for sloppiest football game ever played where both teams look like complete trash and both coaching staffs quit at halftime. Maybe a bench clearing brawl but where the players fight their own teams. And then a sh*tstorm. A literal cloud of sh*t will roll in and open up directly over RHS and rain the sh*t of 10,000 alcoholics who have been eating nothing but Taco Bell and Denny’s Grand Slams all week on the crowd. The crowd leaves because everyone is covered in the aforementioned sh*t, but some lunatic has already started a fire in the tailgate area. Uh-oh! What’s the closest source of water? That’s right, the Sh*t Pond. Helicopters come in with buckets and dump MSU Shi*twater all over the exiting crowd. A classic double sh*t shower for the ages.

Back inside RHS, the Bizon win it 6-0 on a last second scoop and score when MSU was just trying to kneel it and go to OT.

Does anyone really want sloppy seconds on the cats? I know I don't, so bring on the bison. Yes bison, I refuse to say bison. That's so NoDakotan.

Thank you so much the correction. You’re right, they would need to dispatch Furman first. Ass kickings all around sounds just as fun. I’m hoping for Furman, given our history with them, again - Just win baby.

  This makes the Stand By Me Barf-O-Rama scene look pedestrian. CDA has put the scat back in scatological.

I am not overlooking Delaware and I'm sure the team isn't either...but assuming the Griz take care of business this weekend, I am also hoping that we get the chance to welcome Furman into WA-Griz. Not only would it be lovely to see Offensive Coordinator Roper back on the sidelines (an Oregon shirt for your pro day, Justin? Really?), the Furman wide recievers coach also has some playoff experience with Montana. Drew Dudzik was the back-up QB for the JMU game in 2008 and came in when Landers went out.

Where else are you going to find historically relevant and absolutely accurate information like this. Clearly not in my posts because I’m early onset stupid. Please keep an eye out for MsMaroon if you really want to be in the know.

To add to this, there's an FU fan over on the national FCS board who had quite a bit to say about why they should be the 2 seed over us when they finish undefeated against FCS competition (lol. lmao, even).

I don’t think you’re alone as far as St. Thomas of Silver Bow. I have a couple of cat friends that were arguing about TDT. It would see that even some cat fans are becoming doubting Thomases.

St. Thomas of Silverbow.

My wife is respectfully asking you to “stop it.” She finds it distasteful when I expel liquid from my nose and snort while I laugh in front of polite company.

He’s back with a vengeance folks. It’s Ursa’s world, and we’re just watching from the sidelines.

Yes, but we are very lucky to be here for it. Imagine if you could go back and watch Tiger Woods at Pebble in 2000 or Sandy Koufax pitch the perfect game in 1965. Witnessing perfection is a privilege. Let's enjoy it.

When he threw the pick in our game, my buddy turned to me and said, "Was that Touchdown Tommy, or Turnover Tommy?" I think I prefer the latter.

So, No Dak Staters don't turn out for first round game against non scholarship Drake.

ESPN2 picks up the Idaho/Salukis game for prime time, while the NDSU/kitten game stays on ESPN+

Could it be, just maybe the bison aren't the hot ticket even when playing an 8-3 team of msu's caliber?
