People are having fun with the name of the "new kid' IMO -- and that's a form of "standing behind" him (Worst) too. Lider has not been mentioned all that much, in the more recent posts. It's called "competition" -- Lider showed potential at times, and got a fair chance (some here would say, too much of a chance) to nail down the job. Perhaps without the pressure of being "the" man, Lider can, with some help on his technique and lots of practice, get back into the mix.
Still, it is unfortunate that some posters take it upon themselves to make nasty personal attacks on a young man who is surely trying his best -- and I agree that that's not right. You do not need to tear down the guy who's having trouble, to build up the new guy.
