Beau Donaldson arrested

Booked at 7:09 am this morning for a failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge. Just a misdemeanor but shows that he did not take responsibility for the original charge thus a warrant was out for his arrest. Poor judgement there. We all make mistakes but u got to own up to them.

Who the hell is up at 7:09 am checking police blotters?? Other than that... you're right on with your post. Now go back to bed. ;)

Wop, I hope you are an ambulance chasing lawyer or an officer at the detention center, because if you are up at 7am on a Saturday checking the jail roster just for fun..........sad:(

If he was from CA and not Missoula, he would be getting raked over the coals on eGriz by now.

All good fizz fans check the police blotter first thing in the morning, its the best way to keep up with the puls of your team :thumb:

Yeah bitches, I'm back :lol:

The only reason I know is because it is indirectly work related. I was checking on some other info when I came across his name. I'm not an ambulance chaser, don't down play his accountability just because I reported something. Man some of u guys drink too much kool-aid.

Don't shoot the messenger because you don't like what he has to say. :roll:

About 90% of EGrizzer's are drowning in the stuff... hence Avatar pic taken at Stock's.

In the "they have no life" department, we have three Cat fans who responded to this post by 10:07am on a Saturday morning.

Are you back to tell us the Cat defense is so good (and better the UM's), the Cats will beat the Griz, The Cats are now "the" team in Montana, the first Griz and Cat playoff games will be on regular television in Montana, and how well the Cats will play in the playoffs? You never had credibiity on this board, but after your late season performance, you have zero credibility. You've pretty much shown everyone that most everything you post is wrong and that you are a total idiot.

I blame my brother for this.

When I was in college, I got a phone call from my father who lived in Missoula and he told me I had a warrant out for my arrest. Cop asked him if he knew me when he was pulled over for speeding.

Anyway, come to find out my brother got pulled over months before, said he didn't have any ID and gave the cops my name.

I got the ticket dropped when I showed the judge the signature on the ticket didn't match the one on my license.

When I asked my brother about it, he simply said he "forgot to tell me about the ticket".

Tru and Kemp's pleas to disorderly conduct made front page headline stories for the Missoulian.

I'm actually surprised this made it to eGriz. There have been some in the past where it was a Montana kid (current or former athlete) which didn't even get mentioned on eGriz.

Of course when it's someone from out of state, it's multiple pages of people yelling "WHY DO WE RECRUIT THESE THUGS?!" and shit like that, the Missoulian goes nuts with it, and it's the talk of the town for months...

When a Montana kid gets in trouble for something minor and people actually hear about it, it's just boys being boys.... they are good kids, just made a silly mistake.

When it's a kid from out of state they are obviously a gang banging thug with no redeeming qualities that we never should have recruited... :roll:

Minor stuff like disorderly conduct isn't really newsworthy regardless of who did it...

-
(a) quarreling, challenging to fight, or fighting;
(b) making loud or unusual noises;
(c) using threatening, profane, or abusive language;
(d) discharging firearms, except at a shooting range during established hours of operation;
(e) rendering vehicular or pedestrian traffic impassable;
(f) rendering the free ingress or egress to public or private places impassable;
(g) disturbing or disrupting any lawful assembly or public meeting;
(h) transmitting a false report or warning of a fire or other catastrophe in such a place that its occurrence would endanger human life;
(i) creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act that serves no legitimate purpose; or
(j) transmitting a false report or warning of an impending explosion in such a place that its occurrence would endanger human life.
-

Some of those which qualify for disorderly conduct really aren't "high crimes"....

Soo failure to appear on what would presumably be an ingored or unpaid ticket or something?

Nothing major but something he should've taken care of. Both my wife and I have had warrants our for unpaid tickets, hers for parking on the street outside the Mav's park when the Osprey played there and we didn't pay the ticket promtly. Mine for a minor traffic violation and once again not paying it promptly. We both got them taken care of without incident by just mailing in the payment on the tickets.

Unfortunately for Beau this wasn't the case. Small embarassment but nothing major, IMO.

One of the 2009 cocaptains, from MT, had a DUI and sat a couple games quietly. It never made the papers or eGriz; they were still full of J.D. Quinn stuff from the year before.

I hope you punched your brother in the face for that.

If Beau was a black kid from Bozeman, Texas..... I could see this as an Egriz topic. For now lets let cat2506 outside to play with it!
