Looking at it from a broader persective, it can absoulutly be a good thing when OC/DC get poached. It means people want your assitants, presumably because they have demonstrated promise and capability and come from a strong program. It also brings vitality back into a program with bright young minds coming in with new ideas and in general won't have lasting damage on a program provided the head coach is flexable and open to change. I doubt, especailly with a semifinal win and possible Natty, the Cats will be impacted significantly and will have lots of qualified applicants. I'll refrain from twisting the knife.
