Attendance Saturday Night

This is not universally true. Depending on the distance many stay over Saturday night irrespective of finish time. Hey, tailgating, etc. That can mean two nights in Missoula for a noon start in November. The night game makes for a one night stay; it's easy to get there on Saturday with the 6 PM start. What is a pain in the butt for those some hours out of town are the November noon starts.

+1!

Nailed this Kem! I love late starts. Remember a few years back when the Cat/Griz game started at 2? That was awesome.

25,000+, though many will be dressed in aluminum. The third quarter post-tailgating fans, returning or not, will be telling. :thumb:

We now live on the west side of Missoula and not near the university as we did. Given the late time of the game and the expected weak weather, we may or may not make the trip to the game. And 6pm is dangerously close to our bed time.

We will be there. We Drive 350 miles one way to every Griz home game.
The boys need us now more than ever. Disappointed with the last 3 outings, sure. But I will be supporting the team this Saturday as proudly and loudly as ever.
Go Griz!

I've always thought the night games are great for those in Missoula, but a pain in the butt for those out of town (which is a good part of the stadium).

We love night games, we come from Kalispell so not to far 120 miles. We normally stay Friday and Saturday makes for a fun weekend. Problem in the past couple years is no place to eat after the game other than fast food

He's claiming to be the master of sarcasm. He'll be there. Look for the green Dartmouth shirt.

We drive about 200 miles to get to the game. We used to leave friday afternoon/evening and then stay Saturday night. Motel room price has now made it so that this will be the first game this year that we are staying the night. I still wouldn't miss a game! Go Griz!!

I'll probably still be in my Culbertson Cowboys gear. We'll be hustling back from Culbertson from the afternoon 8-man playoff game against Superior. My cousin, who runs the family ranch with his dad, is the Cowboys coach. The charter will have to stop in Bozeman to drop off my brother and sister, so we will be cutting it close.

Pulling the camper down from Kalispell and overnighting at KOA. Will be cheering from the NEZ and as usual tailgating at the Butte tailgate-the first and best tailgate at WaGriz. GO GRIZ

I will be there...the entitled fans or fans of convenience won't be. This isn't about our egos, its about supporting the kids who will hopefully get healthy and get back on track. Come out and show your support, lets get on about an 8 game winning streak!!.........oh and one more thing FTC!!

My family and i will be at the game Saturday evening. I need some suggestions as to where to park. We traditionally go to one or two games each season and always stay within walking distance of Wa-Griz. This time we will be staying in an Air B N B in the south hill neighborhood and will have to drive to the game. We've literally never driven to a Griz game and have no idea as to what the best plan might be for parking.

Thanks in advance for any infoi.

Construction in the adams center parking area has really thrown a wrench into it this year. Get there early. There’s parking around the library and street as well as the rotc building. $20. You can find other areas outside of the residential permit parking areas for free but prepare to walk. You can always do park and ride but I haven’t used it for a few years so look at the university site for locations and times. Some of the local bars to free shuttles as well.

Take Beckwith Avenue towards the stadium. There are some spots available for about $20 near the book store.

The announced attendance will be quite a bit higher than actual butts in the seats. Expect a lot of season ticket no-shows.
