Another USC Transfer

A solid transfer pickups are the only Californians I will welcome to Montana. The others can GTFO….im hoping all these transfer pickups pan out!

I, as much as anyone, wish this kid full health and great play. We won't know until he plays.

I highly doubt he's saying "go to Montana over NDSU", but I do think he's putting Montana on these guys' radars when we might not otherwise be, though, because of his relationship with Bobby.
 
If the ceiling for this kid is Riley Wilson and the floor is him taking up a locker while on IR so what. I will always take the big swing at a chance for an impact player. I don't see how anyone can hate this move. Even if he ends up just a 3rd down pass rusher that will be huge for a D-Line that was sorely lacking that last season.

What difference does it make if you are never on the field? Maybe the Griz will now have a star symbol on their jersey.
 
The one thing I'll say is that despite the mountain of injuries he's had, his last injury came in 23. He played in 8 games last season so what gives me hope is that he hasn't been injured in a while now and it would appear he's in a stretch where this is the healthiest he has been in college. I think this is totally worth the risk.
 
The reading comprehension on this site is incredible at times. I love my fellow Griz fans, but sometimes I just shake my head here.

I get confused why anyone is even quoting what I said. I simply was replying to day day who made the comment that this transfer was “JUST a 4 star in high school”. I was pointing out that a 4 star is a pretty big deal, especially at our level and we haven’t had many four-star players ever. I was quite shocked he said “just a 4 star”

Had nothing to do with his health, had nothing to do with whether or not he can be on the field, had nothing to do with anything else aside from making a very strange comment that he’s “just a 4 star”.

I wish we could land more and more “just 4 star” guys
