I said this on the recruiting thread that despite facing the mountain of injuries he’s had, you can’t beat having a grown ass man (25) on the DL. I also admire that he stuck it out at USC all these years through the injuries, the coaching change, and all the adversity. Kid has one year left and probably just wants to have a big impact somewhere else. The fact that he played in 8 games last year makes me believe that he’s finally in the clear on all the injuries he’s had. I’ll gladly take a 4 star with that kind of an offer list from high school. Great get by the staff!
Not to be this guy but not sure he’s ever really played for anyone to say it’s a big pick up. I was having trouble finding any highlights of him over the 7 years of playing. He was only a 4 star as a linebacker before switching positions. He’s been injured a lot. I don’t think he’s ever finished a year. However, he is a mature guy with already 7 years of college experience. Probably worth a flyer but not sure I can say this is an impact transfer yet.
