yet we're in it to the last seconds.

good shooting covers up a lot of ugly. and this team can shoot.

oh, yes. the "mystery man." what happened to the mystery man? we could have used him last night.

i'm talking about marko kovacevic. still hasn't played for utah.

all very strange.
 
I believe Marko is injured. His no show saga is part of the series of events that led to the Griz inside game (esp. rebounding) woes this season. :cry:
 
Yes... and before him Billy Reader, who I considered to be on the verge of a breakout sophomore season.

Then this season Jake Wiley, who I thought had been playing well over the final 4-5 games of last season & considered a contender for playing time this season.

There's been no lack of trying by Griz coaches to get & keep frontcourt personnel.
 
I too was high on Reader, and just as high on Wiley coming into this season. I hear he had a great off season too. Why would one put in that kind of time and effort, then have it go for not? We are really missing him. One would think, eventually luck would side with the GRIZ. Coaches sure have tried to get players in for the paint.
