No it doesn't!!!!! Especially after enduring months and months of the tide has turned, changing of the guard, passing of the torch talk! Then you get absolutely POUNDED by your bitter rival, in front of your sold out newly expanded stadium crowd with the fancy new scoreboard and jumbotron. POUNDED!
Love to watch that stadium once again empty out half way through the 3rd. Your lucky Pflu took his foot off the gas petal, if Bobby was still coach he would have put it on you guys way worse. The Griz could have hung 50 with ease and you and your vaunted offense and QB were damn lucky to get 10 against our D. My buddy called at halftime and told me the 12 points we had then would be enough to win the game and it turns out he was right. Expect the same in Nov in Missoula. Your best team in 20 years couldn't even make a championship run. Little brother status is still in effect and will be for years to come. Get used to it!
This is what has to be concerning to cat fans. Over the past two seasons, they have had their two best teams in 25 years. In one of those, they caught the Griz with their worst team in 25 and were barely able to eek out a one score win. The next year, they get pounded at home, and watch the Griz go deeper in the playoffs. I know many of them are worried that this is the top of their mountain.

It keeps me up at night. Just this morning, I woke up in a cold sweat thinking to myself "mountain top... bobcats...football...egriz." I wasn't sure what it all meant until I read this pearl of wisdom from EG. Nope, not ever. The picture taken from the TV broadcast in 2009 (I think) with the kittie fans streaming out with the score noted was a classic as well.
