I’ve been trying for months to broker a package jersey/helmet sponsorship deal with major industry players, but people keep questioning whether I’m “really with the university” or “authorized to do this.” Bunch of bureaucratic bullshit if you ask me.

Probably gonna have to take matters into your own hands and go ahead and just start sowing the patches on the jerseys yourself. Sometimes these businesses don't know whats best for em and they need some "encouragement".

Thanks for all the work. It is a really good breakdown. Like you I can't see this legislature allocating the funds. We have supporters of 4 year public colleges in Billings, Dillon, Havre and Butte that fight for funding in every session and they wouldn't support this. And raising student fees significantly is probably a non starter too.

Many things in life seem impossible until you start working on the objective and doors begin to open. I would love to work on this but can’t because of my personal health. By the way, I respect the views of those expressing reasons it can’t be done. Player for one.
