It was Universal Athletic's founder and Wheat Montana's CEO. I don't know if that means owners as well.

NOOOOO!!! Is it gone forever? Did the Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic people claim copyright infringement on a video that contained a rape joke, and that the MSU Athletic department approved, and that also contained what may or may not have been blatant copyright infringement itself?
 
Maybe if the football team stopped raping people there would never have been a joke in the first place, no? I know I know, logic is weird here. Carry on.

That is a good point. I hereby retract all statements I have ever made regarding the owners of Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic making a video containing a rape joke. It may or may not have have been the actual owners of Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic who made a video containing a rape joke for an attempted comedic parody of the song YMCA originally performed by the Village People, and who took it down and apologized only AFTER people opined that maybe it wasn't such a good idea to have a video containing a rape joke. We may never know.
 
Or was it the owners of the copyright of the song used by the makers of the video that caused the video to be removed? No, I am certain that cannot be it. Undoubtedly they paid royalties for the use of the song in their video. Right? I mean they as much accused others of wrongdoing and would not possibly consider doing anything that might suggest that they may also be guilty of a crime, right? (i.e. Digital Millennium Copyright Act) No I am sure they did not cast a stone at another whilest living in the proverbial glass house... These are pillars of the community. Must be another reason. They would not indulge in adolescent-type behavior. No way.

I guess I just don't think people should make jokes about rape. Maybe I'm in the minority on that. Rape jokes were clearly fair game for the "maybe, maybe not" owners of Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic when they made the video entitled C.A.T.S. and took it down only after people said maybe they shouldn't have made a rape joke in the video.

The people who made the video, who may or may not be the owners of Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic, must have obtained permission to use such a famous song before they did so. Otherwise, why would these two fellows, who may or may not own Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic, threaten others with copyright infringement claims when they originally posted the video on YouTube? It just wouldn't make sense to take such a position.

Remember when your University took part in a rape joke video? That was pretty bad, especially for a public institution whose football team/charity requires over 50% (is it over 60%?) funding from the state to operate.

We all know that the possible owners of Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic made the rape joke in the CATS video, I was just wondering where it was in the Keep it Grizzly video since it was posted here. Oh, I got it now! Thanks! I thought we were still on the rape joke video that the possible owners of Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic made with the approval of the MSU Athletic Department and only took down after people said it wasn't a good idea to make rape jokes in a University sanctioned video. Maybe you thought I made the rape joke or something? No, for the avoidance of doubt, the possible owners of Wheat Montana and Universal Athletic made that joke.

Thanks again for the clarification. That Blueball Cup video is ridiculous too!
