3-3-5 Defense

I understand the reason BH and Baer went with a 3-3-5 given what they first inherited. I would prefer more of a base defense since they will likely need to stop a run game if they get deep in the playoffs. I would have also liked to see more recruiting for bigger d lineman. Not an easy position to recruit for in FCS, so I get it. Will be an interesting year. I would really love to see the Griz roll out something unique for running teams.

Bobby has said he really likes his guys this year. Will be fun to see how this plays out this season!

Anytime that BH makes that positive of a statement this early - that is a very good sign

I offered that to a septuagenarian, habitual liar. I think you’re neither of those things. I’d still love to tee it up with you, though! Going through a swing change at the moment, and get this: my instructor and I played on the same Junior Circuit together. Literally played in all the same tournaments but were never paired together, but met for the first time in like 2017. Great guy, and really fun convos every time we meet up. It’s a ridiculously small community.
