Sask just flat out owning the pickle boy.

Hilarious how the members of "the club", always appear in these threads to slap each other on the back and make themselves feel relevant and accepted. You are all pathetic losers At least you have each other. ROFL. I live in your heads, rent-free, and am the reason that you losers spend 14 hours a day trolling this site. The rest of us laugh AT YOU, not your lame-assed attempts at humor. I am smarter, better looking, more successful in life, more affluent, and just a better human being in general than you losers. So, keep elevating yourselves by telling each other how you own me. What a f_cking joke! The entire bunch of you pin heads are a few neurons short of a synapse. Oh, and none of you are athletes, so I best all of you once again! Keep trying ladies, but NO CIGAR for you! Oh, and me a Hauck-hater? I guess that's why I had dinner with him and his wife last summer, huh. Try again losers!

NOTE: Everett didn’t write the second paragraph above, even though the Gherkin’s misuse of the quote function makes it look like he did. Just thought I should ‘splain that.

Fine, then, genius, explain your position that elephants are orange. If you are so sure they are orange, I'd like to read your explanation.

I don't know why I am stepping into this, but here is goes....

Robby Hauck is a above average pass defender (I don't think many players at this level are "Great" pass defenders... Maybe 2 a year in the big sky)

1) He plays zone pass defense well--- He has enough speed to cover an area, and isn't afraid to get in there to make a tackle. Does his energy lead him to be out of position? YES, but that is why there aren't a lot of "Great" DB's in the big Sky (or in FCS)

2) He is very well trained on the X's and O's of the 3-3-5 defense. It is a VERY hard defense to learn, and play well, and if everyone doesn't have their assignments covered, then is makes safeties and DB's look really bad (even if it isn't on them). Anything that makes it past the front 6 needs to be picked up immediately by the person assigned to it. If this doesn't happen, that is when you see back-end players having to think on their feet... As smart as a player is, you don't want them actually thinking out there, you want them to just flow... Hauck overthinks at times, and that is when you see him chasing. He needs to improve his run stopping skills, and have more faith in the front 6 to get the job done. You saw that a LOT in the last Cat/griz game. Him trying to do to much, because others weren't winning their battles, or were out of position. He jumps running lanes that he thinks aren't being covered, and then is out of position when they cut back... this will be a flaw in this defense no matter who you put back there. If the D-line and LB's aren't getting it done, it will actually look like it is the DB and safeties faults..

Here is a Sac. State fan commenting on the pass defense skills of a player he might have seen play once. Aren't you special! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Gherkin. Ooooooo. You’re not the stupidest person on the planet but you sure better hope he doesn’t die.

Wait, wait! Don't forget "better" at using a computer and self-colonoscopies. Don't want to sell yourself short!

There is risk because someone so stupid as to not be able to figure out the "quote" function could bite the dust.

I am not a Sac State fan, I am a Bobcat fan that worked in Sports media in Sacramento when I started posting on E-griz... Not that any of that matters... I have watched plenty of film on griz, Cats, Weber, and most of the Big Sky. I kind of take it seriously really.

 The best thing is that he's edited it twice, and he still can't figure it out. I'm starting to think this guy isn't the real Dill. Nobody can be that ridiculous and be serious about it. "More affluent"? Who talks like that? The only way I can describe it is he seems like he has a timeshare and maybe goes on a lot of cruises.

"Better looking" is specious at best. I've personally met you, you handsome devil. And I've witnessed the Dillard mining himself on the sidelines. Let's just say the talk around the Del Webb activities center is that Esther McWilliams turned down "the swap" when she found out it was going to involve him. Everybody has to agree; it's right there in the bylaws.

So, you wanna meet me again? We all know that won't happen.

And I thought you were an athlete. No former Griz athlete would stoop to the level of participating with these wannabees. I guess I had to figured wrongly. Age takes it toll, eh Sparky?

Uh, if I have to 'splain it to ya.......................

Pretty sure Sask lives in Canada....where they play football....with a football.

He a freakin' teacher. Need I say more? And what they play in Canada ain't football. They can't even figure out the size of the field.

Then you obviously don't know about pass defense from the safety position.

Anyone have any idea what is the age cutoff when "meet me outside" goes from actually potentially being tough to just embarrassing internet talk?

I've always wanted to know since joining this board as this is the only place you ever hear this kind of banter in 2021.

They are keyboard monkeys. Most are fat-assed blobs of worthless protoplasm that hide behind their keyboards. Mods, please lock this thread. They have ruined yet another good football discussion. If you want this board to flourish again, you need to put several of these ass hats into time-out. The football discussions will return if you do.

Must be it. I deserve a head slap from Gibbs. But sometimes a guy leaves himself so wide open it's really hard to resist.
