2026 Griz Football Predictions

First time and last time I will probably agree with anything 701 has/will say, ..but he's not wrong on this..

Montana State is head and shoulders above everybody else and its not even a close second, then its a bunch of good teams with alot of unknowns playing for runner up. .FACT..

Awe shucks, don't call out mtpoopsfan, he will get you banded from the site. He loves to relegate opinions to the other forums, like the band gofundme page.

Really? December in Bozeman there were 5k? Not a snowballs chance.
OK, I was talking regular season. However, I forget that one can't just use approx. numbers while on EGriz because certain people just look to find wrong with everything people post. No, the playoff game probably didn't have 5k, but then how many did each game actually have of Griz fans on the road since you want exact numbers?

I edited your post to say what you really meant. Time to go back to the coward84 name i guess.
I got two rules when it comes to betting and yout fit the criteria with both.

1-Don't make a bet with anybody from Montana ever, they never pay their debts

2-Dont associate with dishonest people, even when they lose they claim they've won..

Not sure what to think of UCD. They have been of recent top 3/4 team in the Big Sky but then they lose at random moments.
I'm not as worried about the NAU trip as some of you are. If the DBs stay assignment, big plays don't seem to be the issue in Sanders system (except against the Griz)
I think its a benefit to have a road game after a bye. Home crowds can bring a lot more noise especially after a few weeks off and EWU some how gives unexplainable lacks in focus.
I worry about any game prior to the battle for the state of Montana. ISU, with a healthy Cooke, I have that feeling he/the team will feed off our crowd and stay stride for stride with our offense.
Early/first to make the large mistake seems to cause the opposing team to get enough momentum to win the last regular season game. With their crowd being very confident about last year's results, it will (hopefully) spill out onto their team.

Like most teams (us with Shaffer and Loud last year), if the starter goes down, there is a dip in production. Our team has proven experience at the ones, I do see a big shift will needed in the game script.

With all that said, I don't see us going lower than 7 wins and sneaking into the playoffs. Realistically, I see BKs team getting 9 or 10 wins and getting a top 8 seed in the playoffs.
