I fully understand that, but you are failing to understand you're talking about doing that with the talent from UM, which Stitt inherited. He could not have done that with the talent he had brought in year 2 and 3. If his offense was so hard to figure out, why is it that he went 8-8 in the BSC those last two years?What you are failing to understand is that beating MDSU one week and losing to Cal Poly the next week would be considered a major success at UNC. Their program has different goals and aspirations than Montana. Stitt’s non conventional offense is harder to game plan against which leads to big wins when it works but bad losses when it doesn’t.
Again, if you want to call him a genius, have at it. I will call him an idiot who I didn't want in the first place and if it were up to me, he would have been finding his own ride home from Bozeman after his last game and not waiting until Monday to let him step aside.
