RIP to the Big Sky this week. The Griz and Spuds are the only game I see the Big Sky being heavy favorites as they should be since Central Washington and St. Thomas have no football scholarships. Outside of the Big Sky NDSU and TSU is an intriguing matchup. As Griz fans know Tennessee State is no pushover and last year at least had a solid team. It looks like most of TSU’s staff has turned over though so this year could be totally different. Washington looks weak against CSU so far tonight, UC Davis might be able to pull off that upset.

Suspect that UND will be in the top 25 this next week. I really hope that Portland State can pull off some type of miracle but I highly doubt it

SDSU looked sloppy against Sac St...but is Sac St really all that like they think they are...NOPE!
Did Vigen do a very vanilla offense for his new QB against Oregon? The only player on offense that the kittens have is Dowler...he made some of the "studs" of Oregon look like they were standing still while trying to catch him.
This one is more than intriguing!!!

ND should be ranked. ND and Idaho played well. MSU has a good QB. We need to be very good if we are gonna be a contender. After week one play there could be some serious competition for the Griz.

If I recall correctly from the last few years, often the FCS teams that lose against FBS don’t usually fall but 2-3 spots and if the score ends up being close they usually don’t fall at all. I could definitely see Tarleton jumping the Griz. A win against FBS is generally good for bumping up 5 spots or so. Ida has the formula pretty dead on, what say you Ida?

I actually hope UND rolls Portland state, and cracks the top 25 before coming to wa Griz. Be nice to have a chance there for a ranked win

UND will be ranked tomorrow. You don’t go toe to toe with a ranked Big 12 team like that and not get ranked. I think they could crack the Top 15 potentially.

Washington looks weak against CSU so far tonight, UC Davis might be able to pull off that upset.

Davis struggled with UT-Tech and honestly got lucky they escaped with a win, I think the Huskies beat the crap out of them.

NDSU QB decision making would have hurt them if they had played against better competition. The Missouri Valley is wide open this year.

Davis (Dream to beat UW?)
Sac State (Maybe they beat Nevada... must play a lot better)

The rest of the games look on paper like no brainer wins for the top 25 team, but that usually means one major upset will occur

Only 3 games and the EWU and Idaho State games start before 3PM

It’s absolutely wild that we will know more about teams that have 2-3 games under their belt before we know anything about the griz.
