I examined the last 100 posts. 71% of them were made by only 7 posters. Sad. Any wonder why advertisers are dropping their ads on this site?

Unfortunately, many good posters left or no longer post.
I know, I post a lot less. A few idiots ruined the experience for many here. The name calling, disrespect, thread derailing, passing contests, etc, has ruined this site.

Guilty as charged. For what it’s worth though, I usually direct my disrespect and the disrespectful.

Advertisers pay on the basis of clicks and views, not posts.

Stick to personal injury..... your knowledge of marketing algorithms is obviously limited

I beg to differ. There was 1000% more solid football discussed back then. Now, egriz has become the Twitter of athletic boards, and the same 3-4 posters are 100% responsible for it. They know who they are.

All message boards are the same. When the team is winning, there is little to bitch about. When they are falling short of stated goals...bitching will increase. It's correlated and predictable.

It seems that play calling should be heavily scrutinized here as well. It's not just WRs failing to get open. It seems like the Griz would not use TEs or the middle of the field for large chunks of games! Play calling was too predictable at times.

Very true. But, what if the offense was predictable and still unstoppable.

Tailback - one hole for 4.
Tailback - off tackle for 5.
Tailback - one hole for 2.

Move the chains. Repeat. Mix in play action to move the ball downfield...win the conference, beat the neighbors, win the natty.

I'll take that kind of predictability.

Dumb post. Really dumb.

Everything is archived. Not like you can't go back and look for yourself. It's hardly different in tenor and tone. What's missing is poster panache. The old board had it in spades.

For me, everything went to hell in a handbasket when Snap fell off the face of the earth. Boise swallowed up Ursa Major. Schi-Shau is pinching Everetts internet time. The list goes on. Sad.

Yeah. It was a veritable Utopia with Ronbo, Hammer, Silvertip, GGG, Grizo….the list DOES go on, but the conversations and pissing contests are largely the same…

Four time pissing contest winner right here. I pissed so well back then. Lost a few later on due to old age and bananas, but, man, there was a time when I could just piss with the best of them.

I’m hoping that we have an o line that can open holes and pass protect. If they can do this consistently we will have an awesome offense. The more you can run the better the passing game will succeed. Just saying!
