Not sure what the recruiting connection is to Kentucky but I seem to remember there has been quite a few guys who have came to camp from the Kentucky/Tennessee area the past couple of years maybe this kid was one of them?
Haven't heard that, but it does seem that the footprint has grown and that might be the case

Maybe I'm reading into it too much, but I think it's an interesting statement from the coaching staff that we're still offering high school prospects. I myself am fairly confident in the group of returners and welcome additions to the freshman class, but I know others are more interested in obtaining transfers to help right away. Obviously both could theoretically still happen. I dont know what the situation is with scholarship numbers available.

OSU's safety position was plagued with injuries last year, hence Omar Hicks-Onu being listed there. But he is definitely more of a CB. Looks to be a good tackler.
