I think we are still missing a solid CB recruit. Hopefully the coaches have something up their sleeve.

It will be very disappointing if we don't land Ena, especially when it seemed like there were a handful of good DT's that wanted to come to Missoula.

Also, has anyone heard anything on the boys from WI? It seems like they have been on our commit list for a while, but very little info on them since.

I have doubted the wisconson kids from the start. The only info on them came from a twitter post from on of the kids. I honestly will be surprised if either of them were ever on the Griz radar.
 
Can anyone give a total number of WR the roster will have after all these new recruits are added (don't forget the TEs who will now actually be more like a WR). Between that at QB #'s I think it is staggering.

I believe it appears to be too many, then again the players currently on scholarship are not guaranteed scholarships beyond June. I have a feeling a few players will be transferring or hanging up the cleats. With Stitt implementing a new system, he likely wants as much competition at WR and QB as possible. To me WR and QB are the key positions for his offense. Damn well better know, the holdover WR's will be fighting to keep their scholarship. Stitt says he wants to utilize 10 WR's. To me, that means the depth chart should have no less than 12 or 13.

As for QB, right now we know we have 6 qbs, and possibly another recruit to be added. To me, 4 is the perfect number for the depth chart. I am sure a lot will shake/play out in spring camp. Sure will be an interesting spring camp. :thumb:

A few additions coming out of the blue. Make that 7 QB's going into spring ball. I wonder which holdover QB's will be here come this fall?

Not that it's ever dull but EGriz is going to be buzzing on overdrive all Spring. Hopefully later this week there will be a press conference with Stitt commenting on the overabundance of WR's and QB's.

Who are some of the previous WR's who have converted to DB's? That would seem to be a likely possibility.

Would not be surprised to see him move positions down the road. He is 6'5" and still growing and a good all around athlete.

I too am surprised to see us picking up another QB. Yet, he is a coaches son and presumably has a high football IQ. I believe one of his brother was a Grizzly so he has probably also wanted to play at Montana. This kid should be a good athlete for UM.
 
@JordanJNEI: Evergreen (Vancouver, WA) 2015 standout WR @justicemurphy24 has committed to #Wyoming

Hopefully Ryan isn't still on the radar. Any further word?
