This was also in the playoffs. Have you heard of them before?

Would have been, should have been, might have been, etc. Guys, do you see what is happening to your team mentality? You're thinking about things and wishing they would have happened.

"If DeNarius wasn't mobile." Well, he is mobile. And yes, he makes what was definitely a weaker Oline look much better. And yes, when they played better Defenses, they got dominated. But they still beat the Griz, so that D must not have been that elite.

I know you guys love the statistics argument when the Griz play the Cats, but dude, if you don't win, who cares? I know that helps the dick pumping sessions during the offseason to feel better about going 5-6, but the fact remains, despite what you "could have done" the Griz lost 6 games. 6. Not 5.5 Not 5. Not 4. 6 games.

So, with basically nobody leaving from an o line that had to grow up in a hurry and on the fly with DeNarius in his 4th year playing, why will the offense be worse?

You've got a legitimate point to make about the D, AZ Griz, but that's half the battle. A good D doesn't win you 11 games. If you need an example, look at your season. Great Defense that often got worn out because their inept offense couldn't keep drives going and wear anyone down. Or is there another secret excuse why you guys lost that I'm not aware of yet?

You completely miss the point. As usual. :? :? :?

I call bullsh!t!!! How come Montana led the big sky in total offense then?

The other team racks up a comfortable lead, backs off, relaxes a bit, maybe puts in second stringers, our offense gets more time on the field, racks up some yardage. Games aren't won on yardage.

Nice theory, except in every game we lost, we held a lead. Usually very late in the game.

I wouldn't even call that a theory.. He has no idea what he's typing, he's just typing to be typing.

When were you leading the Cats late in the game?

And remember - you said "every." I'm excited for the answer to this one.

By the way, why is the Pac 12 so awful? This is embarrassing to watch.

I'd almost rather watch a women's game. Just kidding.

Wasn't being a dick.. A smart ass?? Yes.

I like it. From one smart ass to another. :thumb:
To use a quote from Churchill, with a slight modification:

'Yes, Madam, I am drunk, but in the morning I shall be sober and you will still be....... 'a smart ass'.'

Sad to see sCat fans feeling they are going to have another good season. Sorry punch... its over buddy... Griz are back from there hibernation... Go Griz

Why are you going to be better and why are we going to be worse?

I'll start on why we should win a minimum of 9 games.

1) DeNarius McGhee
2) Rub Ass
3) Cody Kirk backed up by any number of players who would start at any other Big Sky School
4) Better Secondary
5) Better offensive line.

Ok . . . tell me why I'm wrong. I happen to think the Griz will be better, but not better than the Cats. So, go ahead big guy . . . I'm waiting!
Looking forward to seeing the cats in Fargo this fall! ;) :thumb:

Yeah it should be a blast! Not that I'm not looking forward to meeting the fans and seein the Dome, but I'm praying for a miracle. Winning up there must be damn near impossible. You guys have the best home field advantage in the FCS.

Not even close...

NDSU has 8 home regular season losses in only the last 5 years

I don't know many teams after this season who are afraid to play at WaGriz. It's about the venue AND the team. I've been to plenty of Griz games and this season the fans were stuck in some sort of permanent malaise. The team, well, they spoke for themselves. WaGriz is impressive, but it doesn't scare any teams any more than any other stadium.

That is just silly. Sober up, re-read this post and correct it in the morniing.

If you were twice as smart, you'd still be stupid.

If you lose a bunch of games at home during the season, is your home-field advantage:

A)Amazing
B) Decent
C) The best Ever because it is WaGriz
D) Par for the course for a team that lost 6 games

You choose.
