#2 Eastern Washington @ Northern Arizona Game Thread

I just looked at the guide. For those of you who had the game switch off you are probably watching it on ROOTS Rocky Mountain and not ROOTS Northwest. It didn't switch off on the NW channel

Love it! But, I'm still absolutely confused by Root Sports leaving the game to go to ... where??
The game didn't cut away here in Butte?
It sure did in Missoula. All of a sudden we got a little box saying, "This game is not available in your area .... etc., etc., etc."
I'm in Missoula. Didn't cut out for me
Cut out on Dish Network ... and, even now, I have the box saying nothing is available....

How far will this drop EWU in the rankings? EGRIZ will get a week break from the few EWU trolls. Providing the GRIZ beat Poly this week.

Son of a biscuit eating basketball player. Mine switched over to the Wyoming game with about 2 minutes left. Who gives 2 sh!t$ about Wyoming.

Another verification of the view that loss of a star qb makes a huge difference and causes losses. I know a number of Griz fans don't agree with that, as they won't admit that UM's not having JJ in '12 resulted in alot of losses that wouldn't otherwise occurred.
Get off your high horse. Plenty of people stated on this board that we would've likely won more games in 2012 if JJ had played.

I'll bet the only thing visible on ewu's board is 34 small tear tracks...

I'm not talking about the ones who said that, you dumbass; I'm talking about the ones who didn't acknowledge the extent of the losses from JJ's absence. Try using your brain occasionally.

Baldwin single handedly cost EWU this game... even with help from the refs.

His calls at the end of both halves make Delaney look like a Football Genius.

True...
Kick the dang FG and make them go a long way for a tie... bonehead

The NAU D player that late hit the QB on EWU'S drive late in the 4th (3rd and 12- pass was incomplete) will sleep a lot better tonight... bonehead play.

3 plays, one QB run for like 2 yards. One pass for like 40. One pass into the end zone for a TD. 8 seconds till NAU wins.

Qwerty, thanks for the quick summary. :ugeek:

1st play - NAU's QB is flushed and runs for a few, takes about 25 seconds off the clock, just a dumb play. I was getting ready to post that no way is NAU going to pull this off.

2nd play - Deep post route, EWU safety for some reason runs in to undercut the WR thinking the throw is coming early. Instead the QB holds the ball and throws it over his head for a big ass completion, WR runs out on the 20.

3rd play - Touchdown, similar play and attacking the same safety who does the same thing, rushes up to meet the slot WR at the goalline but is then caught on his heels - WR is open and the QB drops the ball right onto him.

Brint has to show me up! LOL. :thumb:

Qwerty, you were still first to post it.
PS. Do bitches really love leaves?

PPS. Thanks Brint for the expanded version.

While the forecast was for Vernon to return for the Montana game, this removes any doubt. They will play Lil' Shoota vs the Grizzlies whether he's 100% or not. :ugeek:

Oooh name calling. Did I strike a nerve? You made it sound like you were the only one who was right and everyone else was wrong...not unlike most of your other posts.

Delaney probably wouldn't have kicked the FG either...well at least he wouldn't have last year.

A broken foot is nothing to rush. If Adams reinjures it, EWU will lose a lot more than the Griz game.

I agree with you.
However, I believe they would play him anyway if he's 'mostly' healed. :ugeek:
