#1 NDSU Bison vs UNH Wildcats Game Thread

Jeez... I just tuned in & I didn't realize it was only halftime. I am thankful that the Bison are graduating a lot of seniors & their coaching staff. YIKES.

Why?

Next year they will have a better QB and all the people filling in are getting a tone of playing time this year. The 2 players that will be hard to replace are Williams and Turner. Other than that they won't miss a beat and wait until you see the true freshman come in later in this game.....he is scary good. Check out the backup QB Wentz when he comes in.....huge arm 6'5" 220 soph very mobile....their offense will be sick next year.

For a good halftime discussion...what if any other FCS teams in years past do you think could give this team a game?

For another good halftime discussion how many points will they hold EWU to? I know I'm getting ahead here but it's my story, let me tell it.

If those loser eGALS make it, it won't look much different than this game. NDSU is a flat out shut down chipper shredder. It will be fun to watch EWU lose when I am down in Frisco.

Alamo bowl.......Cotton bowl and the FCS championship game all in one week. :thumb:

ZERO

They would shut down any FCS team past or present with that defense. Nobody would touch them. NDSU would need to commit 8 turnovers and have 6 starters injured for anyone to be close to beating them.........and they would probably still win if that happened.

They are that much better than anyone else.

I have to say I agree! Any past champs that come close in your opinion? 1996 Marshall with Moss, not sure they could have shut him and Pennington down. Maybe 2003 Delaware?? Only two teams I thought of that stuck out in my mind.

My memory is foggy, but the 95 Griz racked up some amazing PF/PA in their run to the NC. My guess is that the Bison are surpassing that in this year's run to the NC.

NDSU has had so many blowouts this year and the second string has played entire 4th quarters.

The defense has STILL only given up 6 points in the fourth quarter the entire year.

I take back what I said about NDSU winning by 10. I meant to say AT LEAST 10. Furthermore I would also like to take back what I said about hating Christmas. Kinda like my new "Let it Snow" wrapping paper.
