My wife and I spent a week at rockaway beach. It is a drive from Corvallis, but you will love it - tbh you will love all those little towns on the coast.

Yet you seem pretty interested.
I'm just gonna stay in Portland by the airport. It's a super nice area with lots of restaurants and shops. I feel totally safe in that area. I'll just drive down to Corvalis the day of the game since we have all day. The drive back to Portland after the game will suck but I'll just tough it out. My flight leaves Sunday at 10:30am so certainly not ideal, but I'll be fine.
